  1. I’ve been a patient at Audubon Dermatology for many years, being attended, specifically, by Dr. Sara Jackson. The Staff is so very attentive to the patient’s needs. They are professional, kind, gentle speaking, well attired in uniform. They don’t rush patients in obtaining the necessary medical information. They explain everything, the need for certain information, along the way. The office decor is outstanding. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Soft, soothing, gently muted music is played. Comfortable furniture. I always seem to smell a very pleasant fragrance in the air. Dr. Jackson is best. She is attentive. She doesn’t hurry her patients along. She takes whatever, reasonable, amount of time that is required to assess, diagnose and prescribe treatment. Making appointments is an easy process. There is not a long wait time between making an appointment and actually getting into the office. The Staff stays in touch with patients by email, text and phone calls. I highly recommend Audubon Dermatology.

  2. The staff are always kind, pleasant, helpful and pay attention to you. Dr. Hooper is very informative, listens to you and asks questions for her better understanding of what your needs are. She is so friendly and nice – like a friend. I will continue to go there as I have over the last many years. Thank you Audubon.

  3. I found Audubon Dermatology after a not-so-great experience with another dermatologist in New Orleans. Dr. Jackson was kind, professional, and thorough in her explanation of my care plan, and answered all of my questions about possible future treatments. I would definitely recommend this office!

  4. Positive environment, extremely kind and very informative. Took time and Explained the solutions to me; Did not push all kinds of crazy expensive products because lord knows there is tons and tons of skin care regimens to buy. It’s difficult to find a doctor now a days that want help you in the long run and I Definitely felt the care!

She made sure to go over my post care instructions and gave me a cute goodie bag full of samples. She also explained why she choose the particular peel based on my skin. She asked me questions and listened to my answers. I was in and out and the peel wasn’t pain. Bridget also explained what I could expect the days following the peel.     It was my first time. The receptionist were sweet and friendly. Jade was my waxed. She did an excellent job. It did not hurt at all! She was professional, yet personable and friendly. After the first pull, I was talking with her as if I was getting a pedicure. Very relaxing. I will be going back and must have jade as my professional waxer.

    I got a Brazilian wax and under arm wax and it was a very smooth process. I booked last minute and Khighia was my specialist. We clicked instantly. She was very knowledgeable and quick.
