  2. Being a male, I was very nervous about going someplace for laser hair removal. Knowing that women typically use the services at this salon. I made an appointment and my concerns were put at ease.

    Jenna was my tech for my procedure and she was GREAT!!!. She was very professional, yet made me feel at ease. The entire office staff made me feel comfortable and I would HIGHLY recommend them to woman or men.

  3. Best customer service you’ll ever receive!! The staff here are so kind and friendly. I highly recommend having laser hair removal here, the staff are very professional and will continue checking on you to make sure you’re not in pain. Another great addition is you never have to wait, they are very efficient, if only every place was like this! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

  4. A 30 minute appointment turned into an hour of waiting for multiple staff trying to sell me items I didn’t need. Staff are not knowledgeable about pricing. Had to refer to other staff. Customer service was horrible and staff at desk was rude. After getting Botox I started feeling sick, sinus pressure and headache. Worst appointment ever. Highly do not recommend.

    Seeing Dr. Behr for facial scar revision. I lost half my eyebrow to a burn scar that was cut out and stitched up. Dr. Behr just recently performed the scar revision and I have eyebrows again. She took my half eyebrow and stretched it with respect to my face somehow to make it all fit. The healing, latiesse and scar treatments will take another few months. I m very happy with the results so far into the process. Dr. Behr’s stitch work is very neat. gentle and skilled hands. The procedure felt practically painless. Her team was very professional and polite. I was nervous through the process but the team was very kind and gentle. Which I appreciate a lot. Dr. Regine was present throughout consultation and procedure as well and was informative and kind. She was very gentle to me during the procedure as well. Will update when the healing process is finished with pictures.

    Happy with services I have received , very nice and friendly staff , clean office , Dr Behr is excellent . Even though mask mandate has been lifted in healthcare settings , wearing it while provider is so close to patients face would be better .There is still COVID out there. They always respect my request to wear a mask when working on my face .

    I recently came in for a MiraDry procedure at Dr. Behr’s office. I would like to thank the nurse Emily and her assistant Kaitlyn, who were incredible with the procedure. They made me feel so comfortable and were very professional throughout the entire process. From checking in at the front to the end of my appointment, I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Behr’s office and her staff. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

    You will not find prices this great at any other Laser Hair removal facility. This place is luxurious and beautiful inside and the nurses are wonderful. I wish I knew about SEV before I wasted money at other businesses. The results are great too. 10/10

    My experience today was okay. Walked in on time and asked if i can add a service to my appt, yes I understand it was last minute, but the receptionist said I was late to my appointment so she could not add that service but I was ON TIME. Also, on my last appointment they decided to have me along with 2 other clients wait outside almost 25 minutes past our appointments because they were on lunch when their lunch ends at 2:00-2:05 not at 2:28. Meanwhile no one would answer the phones not even their customer service line could get ahold of them, and they had staff in the back walking in and out of the hallways looking at us while we were waiting outside. When they arrived, they looked irritated and didn’t even greet us or apologize.
