  1. The staff at Milan in York are incredibly friendly, informative, and make you feel super comfortable. I’ve only had one underarm laser treatment so far, and I’ve barely had any hair growth. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and possibly even doing more laser hair removal down the road. Would 100% recommend!

  2. Cannot recommend this place and this treatment enough! After 2 treatements on my underarms I already have MUCH less hair growth. I cannot wait to continue treatments and start others. So worth the money and so much quicker and more rewarding than waxing.

  3. The Staff is amazing there. They make you feel happy the minute you walk in the door. All smiles, the nurses are great, they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Madison and staff are real people, you can talk to them about anything. There Hospitality is great, every time I go for a session I come out smiling from all the staff. Great work environment 👏

  4. I can’t even begin to describe how accommodating and excellent the staff are at Milan. I had my first treatment this week and I will be recommending this service to all of my friends and family. From the time I walked in the front door, the staff was welcoming and friendly. During my treatment, the RN explained everything that she was doing and made the treatment as comfortable as possible. I’m extremely happy with my decision to use Milan!

  5. I have been getting treatments from this location since November ’22 and the staff have been really wonderful! I was getting tired of shaving my under arms and the bikini area every week. After my first two appointments, I saw immediate results of my under arms and bikini area! There was also a discount flyer at the time when I started and with everything combined, it was a steal. You purchase the area, NOT sessions and after your intial treatments, you can return back for touch-ups in the future!

    The staff could not have been more professional nor accommodating and by the end of my treatments, I felt like they were friends. Everyone was kind and had a sense of humor which I appreciated! It really helped to reduce any anxiety and made it a comfortable experience that I have recommended to others. As a nurse, I appreciated the knowledge and skill of the physician and his staff. A great team to work with- I only wish that I had done this sooner!

    The staff were friendly from the moment I made the first phone call to schedule an appointment. When I arrived to the office, they greeted me with warmth. I did not have to wait past my appointment time. The staff were very informative. They even gave me handouts to review. They also sent me texts of videos to review leading up to my procedure. I felt very comfortable being there. I would highly recommend them.

    Dr. Heird is wonderful! His expertise and skills shine. He took time to explain my conditions and treatment plans to ensure my understanding. He and his staff knew I was nervous, and worked together to put me at ease. His assistant is very knowledgable. Together, they all display excellent team work and communication. The office staff is very patient and friendly in dealing with my Insurance company issues as well as required scheduling of procedures. Highly recommend!!

I have had my extensions since January and I just love them. No one know that this is not all my hair. The maintenance and upkeep is so easy. I wash, comb, dry and style it as it is all my hair.     This is an amazing place. Everyone that works here are amazing at what they do and are super nice too. My hairstylist is Kim and she’s the best I’ve ever had, even my husband agrees that no one has done my hair better than Kim. It takes a while to get an appointment because Kim is that busy but it’s so worth it. Twice a year I get my hair straightened and it last the most time after she’s done it. Your haircut/style will be very much on trend! Kim. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

    I have travelled around the world and have experienced best hairdos. I was skeptical first finding a good salon around York area after recently moving to this area. I went to Kimberly in February 2023. She surprised me in a good way, giving me the best haircut and the color. I have received many compliments. The place is little expensive, but it is worth the money for that high quality work. I would continue to go to Kimberly as she is the best.

    Long story short – A few months ago, I got my hair colored here. I wanted chestnut brown with copper highlights. At the end, my hair was still my natural grayish brown hair with some lighter brown lowlights. I hated it, nothing had been done the way I asked. They didn’t listen, they just kept saying how nice it looked. It looked homely. 200$ and I got nothing. The eyebrow service I got was nice. But for 200 overall, this was not worth it. At all. I went to Ulta and they gave me what I asked for. Whats worst, I wouldn’t have posted a review except they keep sending me things in the mail. I tried to unsubscribe, but still, more material. Please stop contacting customers who didn’t have a good experience. Your incessant one-sided communication just made me realize how many difficulties I experienced here and tried not to make an issue because I understand that some people just shouldn’t be stylists. I tried to move on but apparently this review is necessary. Hey, if someone opts out of your emails, they mean it. My hair wasn’t even straightened properly when I left. So many issues. Stop contacting me. Omg.
