  1. I made a helix in this place more than 8 months ago. When I got there, the place was clean and tidy. My master was Avan. Before the piercing, they check my ear on which I wanted to get a piercing and said that it would not be convenient for me anatomically to have this puncture on this ear, which show the professionalism and care of the master’s to they customers. I was also shown options where it is possible to make a piercing on my ear. During the process, the master spoke to me, talking about what he doing. The whole procedure went quickly and well, it was (done at the right angle). I was told how to take care of the ear and what not to do. In general, I liked everything and my beautiful healing helix pleases me to this day. I recommend this place.

  2. I absolutely loved getting my piercings here. They were so amazingly kind and understanding, I had to reschedule the day of one appointment due to a snow storm canceling school. The rescheduled date I was running late because I thought my appointment was at 12:50 not 12:15.
    I called them, explained the situation and profusely apologized. They told me to get there as fast as possible but warned me that I was only going to be able to get one of the two piercings I asked for. Even still they were kind, very gentle and got it done pretty quickly. I am so lucky I chose them to re-pierce that area, the first time I went to a place I trusted closest to me and it wasn’t healing well AT ALL. This time, it’s as though I’ve had them for months and it’s just about healed. I absolutely love it!

  3. I brought my 16 year old for a belly button pei rcing today . Ryan was awesome . He put her at such ease and she says it didn’t even hurt . If your getting a piercing I would recommend Ryan 10000 time .

  4. Had my septum piercing with Evan Quinno and can’t say enough what good hands I was clearly in! Judging by my nonstop chatter and questions, I’m sure he could tell I was a little anxious and he was so steady and gentle all the way through, carefully taking me through each step of the process. Love the result! Highly recommend.

  5. The place carries beautiful pieces–my favorite being bvla. I went to this place during Covid and that’s when they changed and had people make appointments (which was totally fine and that’s why I originally thought they were amazing). Appointments, masks, and cancellation fees were the bane of everyone, and every business, during the pandemic and the transition into normalcy.

    Apparently this company’s business model post pandemic is to uphold the appointment and cancellation policies… even if you’re just looking at the jewelry, and not getting pierced. I would think that a company, especially a piercing and tattoo shop, would want walk-ins. However, i cannot support a business who refuses to adapt with the times and utilizes a pandemic policy to get money off cancellations. This place isn’t a high end place to be running a by appointment only.

    I appreciated their precautions during the pandemic, but this is just laughable. Yes they carry good products, but it’s not like you’re getting pierced, tatted, or purchasing pieces made by celebrities or renowned artists. If you don’t mind making an appointment, then this place is for you. If you have an emergency/short term issue, you’re better off going to literally any other place to get a spacer or cheap one to hold you off until you can purchase what you want.

    In short, this was my most recent interaction with them: they called me, I explained that I could not cancel online since I made the appointment less than 36 hours in advance and decided I couldn’t look at myself so I went to another shop, they mentioned a cancellation fee, I confirmed their business model with them, told them to charge me, and they hung up on me. Not amicable but also very telling. I will not be back and I am glad they did not get my actual business.

The people were so nice, the vibe and conversations were fun, joey was really cool and willing to try new things (obviously with consent), the music was good!     I love everyone here. They are friendly, personsble, & down to earth. Exactly the kind of people you expect at a good tattoo shop. Me and my daughter found them last year and now exclusively go here for tattoos. They have an artist for any type of tattoo you want & are very accommodating. The work they’ve done for us both always comes out beautifully. We stopped in yesterday for an impromptu tattoo date and left very happy with some brand new pieces. We’ll be back in a couple weeks for more. Ray the owner is a great guy and keeps things fun.

    I had Bri and she was excellent, she is very nice and gave me a ton of different size options and tweaked the design as needed. Her line work is AMAZING, very sharp neat lines I was very impressed. This was my first tattoo and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed to get it done!

    I went in for a simple cover up and was left with a very dark blob with bad line work. For the 200 dollar minimum was excepting. Better. I the pre existing tattoo I wanted covered was better then what I was left with. Edit: west pearl street Nashua? it literally says on your website that you only take consolations if the tattoo value is 200 or more, and then says you do walk ins but prefer not too or is not usually available.

    Best experience ever Will definitely come back Brie is fantastic she walked me through the whole process. I can say loud that i didn’t feel anything and when she told me check it out i was surprised i thought it was the first step only and than when i looked it was done!!!
