What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Pheasant Run has by far been the best apartment living experience I have ever had. They always are friendly and helpful. Any time I have had a question, issue, or favor it has been resolved instantly or same day. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is clean and refreshing, the apartment is spacious and affordable. The staff really goes above and beyond in every way possible. It is a very kid friendly place. My 2 daughters made lots of friends with other kids and dogs on the property. I cant recommend this place enough. They will fix any issue inside the apartment same day also! Great people and super helpful staff. Thank you guys. Sad to have left, only left due to Covid and unable to work.

  2. I have lived here the last 4 and a half years with my baby girl! We moved here when my little one was a newborn and we have loved living here since! It is a safe, quiet and welcoming community. My toddler loves all of the office ladies and the maintenance workers. She gets so excited when she sees them and I love that they always remember her name. It is comforting living in a community that has such child friendly staff. My favorite part about living here, and my daughters too!:)

  3. Pheasant Run has been a great home! It’s remarkably quiet for it’s location, which truly cannot be beat. The staff are amazing, always so lovely and ready to help, especially the maintenance staff who are very prompt and professional! The grounds are kept up nicely and I enjoy the pools nearly every day during the summer. The amenities, cleanliness, and privacy make for a very nice place to live.

  4. This is time to clay good place for family pottery painting activities! At the end beautiful kitchen utensils or showpiece you will get

  5. I’ve lived here for a couple years now and absolutely love it. The area is maintained very well throughout the year, the office is transparent about upcoming events or construction/snow removal. The apartments are walking distance from many businesses and grocery stores. You also have multiple access points to the thruway. Not too far a drive from Boston, MA and the White Mountains up north. The community is great, with plenty of parking available. Fantastic response time for work orders.

Langdon Place, Nashua has been a wonderful, welcoming place for our mom. Each person, from Sue at the front desk greeting you by name and with a smile, to Kathy and her team in activities working tirelessly to keep the community active and involved this place does it right. April and her team in the kitchen prepare delicious food daily and work with the residents to make sure their dietary needs are met. The nursing staff is attentive and responsive and always have wonderful smiles. The best review of Langdon Place comes from my mom. “I love it here”. If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one Langdon place is worth a visit.

I just moved my dad here a couple of months ago. He has a lovely apartment and is very comfortable. Denise and Susan have been wonderful in addressing everything to get him settled. The nursing staff are very attentive and quick to communicate if there are concerns. The kitchen staff are very accommodating and helpful. The dining room is set up for fine dining each meal and meals can be brought to the apartments. (as is my dad’s case). The recreation staff has plenty of activities and outings to keep everyone occupied. My dad has dementia and hearing and sight problems and mostly keeps to himself, but I always enjoy talking to the other residents who are all helpful and friendly and a delight to visit with.

Mom has been living at Langdon Place for over two years now, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. She is on the 3rd floor memory unit and the staff has been phenomenal with her. I’m kept informed about her care and any issues that may arise. They really care about her well-being and safety. It makes life much easier knowing she’s in good hands!

Langdon Place of Nashua has been an exceptionally positive experience for us – moved my dad up here to New England from Virginia after both my mom & my brother passed in 2020 & 2021. The rooms are really nice (and spacious), the staff has always gone above and beyond to be helpful, and for me, it’s close enough so I can visit easily and often. They work hard to provide activities and outside excursions for the residents (some participate more than others, of course). There’s a pool with a hot tub, and several activity rooms of various sizes. The residents who are able and inclined really make it a community. They have nurses on premises 24/7, and are able to provide primary care services via an affiliated Nurse Practitioner, with a good connection to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. They’ve been able to keep all staff and residents fully vaccinated – doesn’t mean they haven’t had any COVID cases, but it almost entirely has been just positive tests with no symptoms or very mild symptoms at most, and this is a huge plus. In the year and several months he’s been at Langdon Place (starting in Oct 2021), we’ve had absolutely no regrets about choosing Langdon Place. Wish we could get my mother-in-law to consider moving there as well – it’d be better for her than staying in her hom by herself.

My mother has lived at Langdon Place for 18 years. She is still thriving there thanks to all the staff. I have great communication with the employees and am so grateful to all of them! They are kind, loving and compassionate. The most important thing is that my mother is safe. It’s a beautiful place to live. They keep the residents busy with all sorts of activities and parties. She’s never in her apartment (which is beautiful). The diningroom is lovely and they wait on them like they’re being served in a restaurant. It’s a wonderful place for them to socialize.

I was skeptical prior to moving here after reading a few negative reviews about the staff and complex, but I moved in about a week ago and have had nothing but a GREAT experience. From the first time I contacted their office about available apartments to actually moving in and living here, I have only positive things to say about the Tara Heights staff and complex. – The apartment complex is spectacular, everything feels brand new and well maintained. The amenities are great, with 2 clubhouses and 2 pools, grills and BBQ station at each pool, a tennis court, and a free gym membership to the Gateway Hills Health Club. – The application and move-in process was great, staff members were always very friendly and responsive with calls and emails prior to move-in, and a staff member toured me through my apartment before I signed the lease to ensure everything looked good! – The apartment itself is in perfect condition, you can see the care that is taken between tenants to prepare for move-in. It looks and smells new, all appliances look like they’ve never been used, even the light switches and electrical outlets look brand new. – Apartment buildings are visually appealing from the outside and inside, they are very clean and updated. Stainless steel appliances, very nice high-quality countertops and floors in the kitchen and bathroom, nice clean carpet in the living room and bedrooms, updated windows and doors with new blinds. -The location is great, the complex is secluded and surrounded by trees away from the road, but it is still just 10 minutes from downtown Nashua, and less than 5 minutes from endless shopping and restaurants on Daniel Webster Highway. My only negative/suggestion is that Tara Heights adds more pictures of the inside of their apartments to the website. The only real pictures are of one kitchen area, they should add some pictures of living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patios to give people a better idea of what the inside actually looks like! It is a beautiful complex, so interest will only increase if more interior pictures are added. This is easily the nicest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

Rents gone up $400+ in 2 years. Over $2k for a 1 bedroom apartment. At first glance it looks great but you realize the place is shoddily built and the appliances are the lowest end appliances money can buy. Dishwasher doesn’t wash, and the dryer doesn’t dry. Also, nothing is included for the $2k+ price. These could be forgiven at the previous rental prices, but now that they’re charging luxury rents, nope.

I never write reviews but I truly choose almost everything based off of them. They deserve a good review. We have just resigned our lease for the 3rd time here and we could not be happier to live at Tara Heights. I actually just spoke to Janelle in the leasing office and she was just the sweetest and so helpful. Every time we have any maintenance issues they are taken care of immediately. Every maintenance person has been so sweet and helpful and even let my 2.5 year old son “watch” as they work. My neighbors are all so lovely and I love the community here. It is safe and quiet. We love to walk the trails and paths and there is a small cut through to an adorable, quiet neighborhood where my son loves to ride his bike. You can sometimes hear neighbors above you (we are on the second floor) but it truly never bothers us. We love the grills in the summer and nice weather times.

I’ve lived in Tara Heights for 5 months now. Prior to signing the lease, getting in contact with the office was slightly difficult. But once I was able to talk to them, everything else went smoothly. The community/building (atleast where I live) is very calm and quite; haven’t had any disturbances so far. There are walking trails surrounding the community. The maintenance staff so far has been really fast with all of my maintenance requests. During the winter, they are always prepared for the snow. The residents get emails regarding snow removal times, which helps keep the parking lot relatively clear of snow. In general, our stay here has been wonderful. I was a bit nervous initially since the reviews weren’t the best but thankfully, my stay here so far has been nothing but pleasant. Just one thing I wish they would allow is pets. I knew before I signed the lease that pets weren’t allowed but still, that’s one thing I wish they’d change.

This is hands-down one of the best apartment complexes in the Nashua area. I’ve moved here multiple times. The maintenance team is responsive to service requests. The team works to get the apartment in turn-key condition for move-in day. They clean buildings, elevators, frequently. I prefer living here to a house because everything is taken care of and pristine. Can I hear my neighbors? I live between floors, and I can’t hear my neighbors on either side of me. I can hear my neighbors above me when they vacuum, but I can’t hear them walking across the floor. The floors are made of concrete, which makes the sounds of someone living above you much quieter. The closets here are enormous, I use one of them as a sewing room. Both bedrooms can fit a king-sized bed with room for two night stands and high-boy dresser. I like that master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The management and office team are responsive to requests. You can tell a lot by the people that work there — the company is doing something correct because the same people have been working there for years. It’s difficult to find an empty apartment here because the demand is great. Go to the website and fill out an application for the apartment right away to hold it, then go see the apartment. When apartments go up on the website, they disappear very quickly (less than a day).
