  1. A friend of mine went to them for a treatment. They did a fantastic job. She was so refreshed looking immediately after her procedure. I knew I had to call! I did. My consultant was Kari and she made everything so pleasant. She answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I made my appointment. When I went to my appointment the receptionist was very polite and attentive. Office was very clean and calming. When I met Jordan, the R.N., who did the procedure he was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable, he asked questions about what “I” wanted. He did exactly what I asked for! I’m so pleased. I will definitely return. Thank you Everyone!

  2. My first laser experience so far has been amazing. Sarah is extremely friendly and makes you feel so comfortable during the treatment. She explained the treatment process in depth before starting and while in treatments. Sarah also helps me get all my appointments scheduled in one day so all 3-4 treatments can go smoothly without any delays; everything has gone smoothly. They offer aloe or hydrocortisone after the treatment as well. My results were visible after one session and have been better than I expected. All the staff seem very knowledgeable and helpful.

  3. Laser hair removal is already intimidating to most people. Therefor, any options to be comfortable you will gravitate towards. Jordan is compassionate and talented. My appointment was easier than anticipated and leads me towards the word, pleasant. Hands down to Ideal Image for bringing on a valuable asset like Jordan. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

  4. I had a great experience with Sara. She was very patient with me, took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. She is very sweet and very professional. She has a very soft touch, I had no pain and no bruising. With her I always get the best results. I’ll always go to her for my Botox. I’ve also scheduled a CoolTone appointment with her, can’t wait.

    Just got back from 2 years in Korea and a year in the sandbox before that. I’ve been itching for a tattoo for a while now and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! I researched through numerous tattoo shops in the Savannah area, searching and reading reviews up and down. Tatlyfe had the most reviews, the best reviews and the best work from what I could see. I messaged the shop and Miss Aniya responded almost immediately. I explained my situation, that I just returned from overseas and that I was about to leave the Savannah area to make my way to my next duty station. She called me and explained the process and got me set up in no time with my idea. Most shops would’ve said no to getting me booked on such a short notice. Tattoo day: Big Jake took the time to get to know me and what my ideas were to collaborate and make a custom design. Within the hour he had the idea down on paper and was ready to begin. No pressure and no BS. Hands down, the best tattoo work and customer service I’ve experienced. I will definitely be coming back, even if that means flying back for next ink therapy. 5 stars all day!     When I started looking for a tattoo artist in this area, I read a lot of reviews (days and days worth), visited shops from here to Hilton Head, and spoke to lot of people because tattoos aren’t just a way of expressing yourself; tattoos are an investment, and I don’t trust my investments to just anyone. I’m really fussy about three key elements: the shop, the artist, and the ambiance. These are the things that will elevate your ink AND your experience, which is just as important. As I said, I visited shops in two states, and spoke to a lot of people, but let me tell you… the minute I spoke to Aniya, I knew Tatlyfe was the only choice to make. She took the time to explain every detail of their process to me, discuss my budget, and my concept, and things only got better from there. Meeting with Jake, the absolute Michelangelo of tattoos, was phenomenal. I had an open, one-on-one discussion with him, explained my concept and my purpose, and he took off with the idea. He invested his time in ensuring that I get the most meaningful, perfect tattoo for me. The shop is immaculate, and my favorite part is that only one client at a time is in it. There are no people wandering around, contaminating your sterile, clean space, or breathing on your work while bending down to see what you’re getting. It’s soothing, and the energy is so calm and relaxing. This shop, and these people, are genuine magic. If you’re looking for a quick, easy, picked-out-of-a-book image that hundreds of other people have, this is not the place for you.     The whole experience was phenomenal. I felt welcome and from walking in the door, I knew this was the place for me. Jamie was wonderful and made me feel at home as soon as we started talking, and when it was time to get in the chair he made sure I was comfortable and talked me through his plans.     Went and got a septum yesterday and when i arrived the receptionist/piercer seemed alright but as soon as i started talking it was like she didn’t want to deal with me. I’ve gotten many piercings done at different shops so i know what steps a piercer should take up to the procedure. This lady did not explain a single thing and gave me no choice for jewelry. Had me sit in a back room and when my mother came to check up on me because she couldn’t find me, she proceeds to yell at her to go back outside. I was polite to her as i am receiving a service from her, but she was cold and rude the entire time. If you want to get a piercing I suggest going to a better establishment with people that look like they love their job.

    Went there to get my nose pierced. Also got industrial in both ears. The employees were nice and professional. Pretty good price for piercings. When I went they were only doing cash so bring some just in case their card reader is down. If you don’t they have an atm so it’s all good.

    I went to get my naval piercing here and had a great experience. They were so welcoming and patient with me. The piercer made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The prices are great for the piercings as well. If I ever need another piercing or tattoo I will be back!
