  2. My husband and I just took our daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time. I wish I could give ten stars, the staff was incredible. They were so sweet, they explained everything to my daughter before it happened, they kept her involved in the process, and they did it so quick. I also loved that they did both ears at the same time. Thanks so much!!!

  4. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Went in on a whim and was able to get tattooed the same day. Larry comes highly recommended. I don’t know if I’ll ever get another tattoo but if I do, Larry and Marvel will be the ones to do it.

  5. I’ve had multiple tattoos done here and a few piercings and it’s always been a great experience! Today my daughter got her ears pierced here and the 2 women did amazing and were so nice to her! It made such a great experience ❤️

    Milan is AMAZING!! I used to be an avid waxer, but I’m sooo happy I made the switch to laser! I’ve seen the most incredible results from my treatments, and a lot of the irritation or ingrowns I would get from shaving or waxing have almost completely cleared up! Everyone at Milan is so helpful, encouraging, and wonderful to be around and talk to! I’ve had the best customer service experience with everyone who works there. I so appreciate the time they take at the beginning to educate you on Milan and the laser process. Everyone is so friendly every time I go to my appointments and they make me feel so welcome and comfortable while I’m there. They are wonderful during the laser appointment as well, just having conversation and making the experience relaxing way less intimidating. I also appreciate that any time I have a question or interest about any other services they take the time to draw up the quote and explain how the appointments would be and what to expect. I can’t recommend Milan enough! If you’re considering laser, Milan is definitely the place to get it done!!

    The team was delightful to meet! They explained everything about treatment and if I had any concerns they were sure to address them immediately. My first appointment was better than I expected. The ‘pain’ from the laser was really nothing. Such a great experience, I’m so excited to see my end results and put shaving and waxing in the past! At least for down there lol. Its worth it!     I was apprehensive of the cost and judgement before walking in. As a women with facial hair you become self conscious. The staff was so warm and welcoming at my consultation. They went over all options, payment plans, and answered any questions I have had. I love coming in for treatments. The ladies are pleasant, always waiting and running on time, fast treatments, and great at scheduling appointments in advance. Never once felt judged. Great staff and would recommend

    Absolutely fantastic service at every appointment. They’re prompt and stay on schedule. The staff are very responsive to individual needs and various tolerances.     I recently had a 5star experience at Bicycle Tattoo. It actually knocked my socks off. — I was having some issues with a piercing that I got while on vacation (at a different shop). I did a quick Google search and found Bicycle. I easily navigated their website and scheduled an appointment to troubleshoot the problem. I was instantly greeted when I came into the shop. There was a really sweet lady (I think she was new) that was friendly and welcoming. Noah was kind and educated and after his assessment of my piercing, he instantly diagnosed my issue & sold me amazing – high quality (gold) jewelry. I was really impressed with the jewelry selection they offered. I received a thorough & solid appointment with Noah and after care piercing spray (major plus). The shop was clean and inviting – with a lot of cool vintage trinkets and art. Will highly recommend to all and visit again! Thanks guys!

    I want to start off by saying my experience was already 5 stars before I came into the store. I’d been debating on getting my daiths pierced and messaged Noah. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my decision and I booked right away.     Bicycle is a welcoming and clean atmosphere. It was my first time visiting and I was immediately happy I chose to visit. Noah and associates were patient and kind as I chose my jewelry and were communicative and supportive through the whole process.     Noah did a fantastic job with my ear piercings today. I needed one corrected and two more put in. He also helped me with my current industrial piercings. I had the wrong size bars and he took the time to measure my ears and fit each bar properly. He was very professional, very clean work station and was super knowledgeable about his craft. Would recommend him 110% to anyone needing a piercing.

    I’ve had five piercings done by Noah and couldn’t be happier with them!! He’s super professional but also makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. His apprentice, Emily, is also really cool too! There is such a huge collection of jewelry to choose from and fair pricing considering the amazing quality of each piece. He also made aftercare super easy with the instructions on how to care for each of your piercings, as well as being super accessible for troubleshooting via Instagram or going into the shop. Seriously couldn’t recommend getting pierced here enough!!!!!
