Dustin Hasty and Waylon Nelson were very nice, professional and knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. They even gave me tips on other things and I appreciated that so much.   3. I would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions for your plumbing needs. Dustin and Waylon were punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. After I later discovered a leak due to a faulty faucet that was just installed, owner Daren Johns was quick to respond and even came out on the weekend to address the problem. He took care of getting all my replacement parts and had everything re installed in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to use this plumbing company, you will not be disappointed.

  4. I contacted this company on Wednesday, 12/28/2022, and they said that they may not be able to come out until Monday, 01/02/2023. However, they were able to come out on Friday, 12/30/2022 and were able to fix the leaks and pipes that broke during the freeze. They were professional and courteous and best of all, affordable. I was terrified that it was going to be super expensive, but it was very reasonable. The repairs were done and Dustin and Waylon did a fantastic job with a confidence that assured me that it was done well. I am convinced this company is both professional and strong in their convictions to do a great job. That’s what they did, a great job. They came by today to repair a leak that re-appeared. 03/08/2023. Very Professional and they did not charge me for this one. I am so very grateful for their excellent service and attention. Different guys came this time, same professionalism. GREAT SERVICE

  5. Plumbing Solutions came highly recommended to us, and I’m so glad we called them. After thorough testing, Daren, the owner, determined that we had a slab leak. When Dustin and Waylon came out to do the repair, they quickly pinpointed the exact location of the leak and were able to fix it in less time than we thought it would take. They were very professional, polite, and highly skilled plumbers. Even the area where sheetrock had to be cut out was neat and tidy after they left. Happy to say we’ve finally found our go to plumber.

    I had a fantastic experience with this company! The gentlemen on the phone was so kind and understanding when I told him the situation of needing a hot water tank installed ASAP. He genuily did everything he could to be sure it got taken care of. He told me he had 2 men available that day to do it even though it would be really hot due to tank being in our attic…. I bought a fan to place in attic to help with the heat. The guys came out the end of the day after all of their scheduled jobs and installed it and without complaining. I was so appreciative to have it done that day! This company went over and beyond their job expectations in my book and will use them for future plumbing! Also, great service and great prices! God bless the people working in this company!

    Called Larry’s after a friend recommended them for what I thought was a bust pipe under ,my house. (For years I have always used a different company that warranty/guarantees their work. They were booked which is how I ended up asking for recommendations in the 1st incident)They came out found out it was an old water line not connected to the house and quickly removed it no problem. So of course that meant they would be the company I use for future problems. Fast forward several months, I had standing water under my house my husband went under and noticed a leak so I called Larry’s. They came out I was at work they were suppose to call me with a diagnosis and price for repairs. They day passed at at 4:45pm I called them asked what they found out and was informed they had identified the problem and wrapped the pipe( a patch) and the bill was $389 they would send the bill via email and I could go online and pay. I asked if this “patch” was effective and was told it should be. I waited for the standing water to dry up(no rain) and 2months later it is still there. I call back and inform the the problem isn’t fixed and I would pay as soon as it was fixed. They said they would send someone back out and resolve the problem. Well, I waited again for the water to recede NOPE! Meanwhile I get several payment request and finally I paid but here I am months later and yes you guessed it STANDING WATER. I don’t have money to give away. I am calling them again to come out and repair what was supposed to be fixed the 1st time. I will update with results.

    Excellent work. Both members of the crew that replaced my grey water drain line were quite competent; they worked hard, did a good job, were clean, and beat out the competitor’s bid by a quite significant amount. Even though there were a couple of snags with the condition of some of the existing pipe, they were able to repair them and work through it without charging me extra. I will definitely be using them again if more pipe in my house needs replacement or repair. (Replaced concrete/cast iron with PVC).

    I called Connor plumbing to come and take a look at the knobs in my bath tub because the plastic pieces inside the connection pipe that hooks the knob to the pipes in the wall was stripped ( literally a $3 part that needed to be replaced, I just didn’t have the tools to do it myself) well the lovey plumber who came to take a look at them quoted me a price of over $600 dollars to replace a part that only took a THREE DOLLARS, a trip to sutherlands and 30 minutes to swap the pieces out. I get it, we all have to make a living, but at that point I feel scammed. 👎🏻

    Had a MAJOR water line break under house (house on piers). Called Connors and they were able to come out that day to evaluate and schedule repair for early next day. Had a GREAT experience with Sean, he explained or was able to show me everything that had happen and what it would take to repair. Was repaired to my satisfaction in a very timely manner. And I appreciated that Sean stayed to check after water was turned back on to make sure all was repaired with no leaks anywhere. This was my second time to use Connors within a few years and as with the first time I was extremely pleased with my service. Thank you Connors!

    I visited Connor Plumbing’s website Late Tuesday pm, expressing my issues with our plumbing and asking for help. They returned my call Wednesday morning and the Plumber (Justin) was at my house by 10 am. I would recommend their Company to any one of my friends or family members! From the women who I interacted with on the phone, to Justin…they were ALL very nice and extremely professional. Justin did an exceptional job, his mother raised him right! He went above and beyond by bringing a ladder upstairs for me so I can change a filter……my foot is broken. YAY Justin! Connor Plumbing will be my go-to Plumber! Thanks again
