  1. The technician, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. While he was on-site he went ahead and did my heating-season service, as well. Very pleased with the service!

  2. We called LM Wilson after a shocking experience with another company that tried to upsell us to a new $12000.00 unit (that actually would have been too big for our home) or $7000.00 worth of repairs during a “maintenance visit.”

    Tyler came out and my Mom was thoroughly impressed with not only his knowledge, but his truthfulness. Found out that eventually we will need to replace the unit (LM Wilson estimate for that was around $8000!), but that for now a $750.00 repair would fix the impending issue.

    Can’t thank them enough for finding a way to keep the heat on within our budget right here at the holidays! This home town, local feel, honesty and their willingness to find a way speaks volumes to those on a fixed income, and for me speaks to the integrity of the company!

  3. Hadn’t used LM Wilson for a few years due to some irregularity in their scheduling but I was caught off guard with an unforeseen heating issue right before Christmas. Chris in the office was quick to get a technician out to the house and the technician determined I had an electrical issue and not a heating issue. This gave me time to get an electrician out the same day to fix that problem. I also signed back up for their, very reasonable twice a year check-up, on the HVAC system. Technician came out when scheduled, called ahead of time, and was thorough and courteous. LM Wilson has done a fine job of making an old customer a return customer.

  4. Returned home from vacation to no heat in the house. Called and received a timely call back and was able to schedule a service call. The technician was professional and timely. He was able to get the system working until the parts could be replaced. Received a follow up call the next day that the part was in stock and would be scheduled. Excellent customer service.

  5. After calling around for some prices to install a dehumidifier in our crawlspace, other companies either didn’t respond or gave exorbitant pricing. L.M. Wilson got back to me quickly with a very fair book price to supply and install the unit, needless to say they got the job.

    The technicians Brian and Pedro were very polite and professional. The install was completed to a high quality and they ensured that it was wired into our old thermostat properly and reprogrammed that too.

    I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC installs or maintenance.

    Excellent service. Dwayne also took the time to explain the recommended water heater flushing procedure. I’d never heard about doing this procedure, but it’s a good thing Dwayne mentioned it because it is especially important to periodically flush out the minerals that lodge in the heater from well water.

    The two plumbers that came out did a very quick and excellent job at resolving our issue. Another company was going to charge us $1600, and so we found Jonny’s plumbing based on recommendation who charged us WAY less. They resolved our issue within the first 20 minutes and were very communicative and professional throughout the process. Definitely recommend them.
