  1. We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the third time now. Each time they were awesome. This time we has Seth. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. He worked diligently, and it was evident how much pride he takes in his work. He corrected the water pressure, adjusted the fill valves in the toilet and replaced a defective shower cartridge. All in just a few hours. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Seth is awesome and I will ask for him again, and recommend him to anyone! Great work, awesome employees, and very easy and efficient booking for a service call.

  2. Cody did an excellent job of removing the garbage disposal in our unit and replacing the pipes. His work showed that he’s been doing this for a long time and his attention to detail was excellent. We even chatted for about ten minutes outside even when he was done with the job. Very well pleased and I definitely will be using this company again.

  3. Seth was very punctual. In todays society customer service seems to be a lost art. I really appreciate Seth because he was very pleasant and friendly. He was patient and explained everything that was wrong. He was super thorough and explained the purpose of the parts that needed repair. Seth was efficient and made me feel as though I could trust him. I would recommend Seth and this company for anyone.

  4. I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to replace 3 faucets in my mother’s home, test the water pressure, address some leaks, and inspect the 50+ year old pipes in the crawl space. Michael and Juan were absolutely fantastic. They were efficient, friendly, and genuinely cared about my concerns about existing pipes and fixtures in my mother’s home. My mom and I are totally pleased with the work done, and I can’t say enough good things about the kindness and professionalism of Michael, Juan, and the ladies who set my appointment and did follow up. This is a first-class business with a great staff of people!

    I had a gentleman come out to my house today. I believe his name is Andrew and he was amazing. He not only fixed my problem but taught me about it. What I can do to avoid it in the future.     The technician Tyler P. was incredibly helpful and professional! He not only fixed, but explained the problem to me so I knew what happened and why. Would recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems! The price was fair, and it was easy scheduling the repairs. Hope I don’t have something break again, but if I do I know who I’m calling!

    Tyler and E came out to are probably and fixed 2 of are leaking pipe problems and they also fix one of our customers toilets. They are really great pleasant very polite and really professional. They are always on time. I can’t say enough about these two guys.

    We have used Roto-Rooter several times and all I can say is that they are not the cheapest but the best. Great technicians and superior tools and equipment. We also recommended them for a service call for a public facilty and they were very pleased with their service after another company could not fix the issue. Their customer service is very courteous and ‘on the ball’. Usually we can get appointments the next day and they keep us informed of all steps in the process.

    I’m hardly technical when it comes to anything that requires fixing. Thankfully Elijah came to the rescue! He not only fix the leak under my bathroom sink, but cleaned up and repaired the damage. He returned my call almost immediately and even had someone out the same day to look at the area they would need to work in. They showed up the next day as scheduled which was huge!     We noticed a small leak in our pantry and contacted Clearwater Plumbing immediately. Our initial appt was scheduled for a few days out but they actually came out earlier to service us- which was great. Walter was an absolute professional! He was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He was able to examine our issue quickly and offer a best cost solution.     This was the third plumbing company that I’ve used in Columbus, and they were by far the best. I had a pressure reducing valve installed. Other companies had quoted me outrageous costs, but their costs were very reasonable. They were timely, professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

    Called Clearwater to do a last minute plumbing inspection on a house that we were under contract to buy. They made time to squeeze us in and boy am I glad we called them. Turns out the seller lied about previous repairs. Brad and Walter were both great to communicate with and Walter showed us exactly what the issues were. Dodged a big bullet on that one.
