  1. Brittany took my call and was very pleasant and easy to talk to. She let me know what to expect price-wise, which set my mind at ease. Luis was the technician who came to my house and fixed my clogged pipe and I cannot say enough good things about him! What an amazing man! In addition to being very knowledgeable and thorough, respectful, grateful, caring and kind, etc. etc. (I could go on and on), he was friendly and outgoing and just put me at ease right away. Not only did he fix my issues, he also gave me very useful information and recommendations on how to maintain the plumbing in my home and how to prevent future issues. I am so happy I chose Plumbing & AC Medic and they will be the only plumber I will ever call in the future and will definitely refer all my friends and family too!

  2. It’s never a good thing to find out you have a water leak, especially if you are living in a older model “domesticated” camping trailer. Not many professional services will even give you an estimate. But from start to finish this company was absolutely top-notch. From the moment the receptionist set up the appointment (same day!) for the estimate inspection up to the completed project, every step of the way I felt confident things were in good hands. The most personable and professional technicians I’ve ever had, they were very detailed in explaining what needed to be done, and several times asked if I had any questions. I’m very thankful to have everything in perfect working order again. They did a great job, definitely went above and beyond my expectations, I would recommend you give them a call!

  3. The plumbing team started out decent, despite it taking two extra days they were nice and kept me informed on what was happening. Things changed drastically once they completed the project, they didn’t even give me a second to make sure everything was working properly before threatening a lean on my house and showing up at my door (despite activating the loan earlier that day). Unfortunately I didn’t have time to shop around since they had already started work when they told me I’d owe an additional $13k. Overall, plumbing is working but I wouldn’t recommend.

  4. I called, Victoria said I’ll get a call in 60 to 90 minutes. Carlos was excellent. He texted and arrived either an hour, last call of the day. Lucky us! He cleared our drain within minutes, explained what he was doing. He was friendly, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The basic quoted price is what it cost–a great price! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks!

  5. Driving down the highway and get cut off by truck number 230 as I pass him he gives me dirty looks and keeps throwing his hands up and trying to point me over to the side of the road to fight. Driver follows me for 2-3 miles with his window down taunting me trying to get me to pull over. I would not use this company, very unprofessional!

    Great company from start to finish. I needed a brand new A/C system for my home in San Tan Valley. Ground Zero came through at a moments notice. They provide the best equipment for my house and its square footage. The prices they provide for their services are bar-none best in the industry. I was more concerned about the quality workmanship. They provided 3 highly trained HVAC technicians and even had their installation manager on site. I highly recommend Ground Zero for your next Air conditioning repair or installation job.     Guy was supposed to show between 8-4, shows at 3:30, I go out and come back and he’s still in my place at 9pm. I go to a friend’s house for a bit and he’s still there until 11pm!!! I go back and have to sleep with no AC on. He comes back the next day and says it’s good. 2 hours later, major leaking. Learned that the guy quit a few days later. We get put up in a condo for a week and the company doesn’t show for several days. Then different guys come each time, and it’s still leaking. They installed the new AC unit on 7/28 and today, 8/22, it’s still leaking. Several visits and looks and said its “good.” Finally having another AC company look at it tomorrow……

    I have had different plumbers come to my house over the years and never could find one I could truly rely on. That all changed with Ground Zero. Mike is the plumber who has come to my house several times for different issues. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable (including friendly with the dogs) but he is competent as well. He is not only able to fix the problems, but he provides great suggestions on how to stop it from happening again in the future. I had a time when things were adequately repaired, but not exactly as I wanted. Ground Zero sent Mike back without batting an eye to fix it exactly how I wanted it. I strongly recommend Ground Zero for plumbing issues simple and complex.

    Austin (plumbing)was great! We had them come out to do a whole house plumbing evaluation. He took his time talking to us about everything he was doing and explaining in detail what he was doing and why. HE explained items that is need of repair or will need to be soon. I would highly recommend using Ground Zero for your plumbing needs!!

    James and Kody were Great! As the Assistant Manager I was really happy that they took the time to explain to me the issue, especially since our Maintenance Sup was out of the office at that time. I felt confident explaining to our residents the next steps and was able to assure them the issue will be fixed which was done efficiently and that was greatly appreciated:) Keep up the good work guys!!

    I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing based on my recent experience with them! I received several bids for the installation of a water pressure regulator on the main line into the house. Tanner, from Lawson, was the only one who took the time to explain the work that would need to be done and was very straightforward about pricing. I got their bid quickly, too, where other companies required a phone call follow up after a couple days. In the end, Lawson’s bid was a bit higher than the other company I was really considering, but I felt like Lawson was the most professional and honest so I called them… and they beat the competitors price! I was scheduled rapidly and Jeff came out to do the work. Just like Tanner had been, Jeff was personable, professional, and took the time to answer any questions I had. When I noticed a tiny leak in the finished work (it happens), I called Lawson and Jeff was back in under a half hour. With a little extra plumbers tape and tightening, everything was totally leak free. I commend Lawson Family Plumbing for their integrity, professionalism, and that “mom ‘n pop” personal service that other plumbing companies (or home contractors in general) often lack. That’s why I wanted to write this review, because as a homeowner it can be frustrating trying to find the best company for the job. Well, if you’re in need of a plumbing service look no further. I will absolutely use Lawson Family Plumbing for all my future plumbing work!

    We are very pleased and satisfied with the performance and quality of work done by Lawson Family Plumbing. Harvey, the plumbing specialist was very polite and knowledgeable. He completed our installation according to the scope of work in our proposal. He took the time to explain everything to us as he completed the various installations to ensure we were totally satisfied. He did an excellent job installing our bathroom and kitchen faucets along with two wall mounted toilets. Upon competition he inspected everything was clean and in perfect working order before he left our home. We would definitely hire Lawson Family Plumbing again for our next plumbing project.

    Great, Fast, Honest. Our water heater fried out, Lawson Family Plumbing had great reviews so we tried them. They were available the next day. The price was lower than other quotes. Jeff Pate was our tech. He was able to show up early, assess the situation and provided a price that matched the quote exactly. He had the job completed in under an hour. We will be using this company for any future work needed.

    Lawson family plumbing is a great professional company. They answered my call right away and got me an appointment for the next day. The technician came out, earlier than expected, and took care of our outside plumbing leak quickly and professionally with no problems.     Lawson Plumbing fixed a leak in the intake to my water heater. Shutoff valve was not working properly and so leak was spraying the wall, so had to shut off water to the house. They understood the problem and arrived quickly. David was very professional and had the leak and valve fixed very quickly and professionally. It was a very reasonable charge for the work and I truly am very grateful for the quick response and quality work. Thank you!
