  1. We just had the pleasure of having a new HVAC system installed by Arturo and Mark with Thompson’s. I could not be happier with the entire process from quote to finish. The results looked better than I expected which is always great! The team was very considerate, respectful and made sure to keep it a very clean job.   2. Ignacio and his team were friendly and took care of the problem with expediency. I had minimal time to have an auxiliary water heater removed to facilitate a roof replacement. The removal and rerouting of pipes was performed quickly and set us up to upgrade the main water heater when there is time to do so

  4. Ty did a great job on the repair of my furnace. He explained what caused the issue and what was required to fix it. I signed up for the annual maintenance program because I had such a great experience with Ty and Thompson Plumbing & Heating.
    Ty came back again and was extremely patient with me in his explanation of why the thermostats were operating as they were. I would definitely recommend Ty and Thompson Plumbing and Heating to anyone needing repairs on their furnace.

  5. I had water pipe burst in the second story bathroom floor. The leak was significant and wasn’t caught for several days as no-one was home. I called Thompson Plumbing in a panic and within a few hours, a technician arrived. My technician was Ignacio V. This dude was awesome. Within minutes, he had a small portion of the ceiling drywall removed and identified the leak. Obviously, he was able to fix the leak.

    I was extremely satisfied with the quick response. It was my first time calling Thompson and it was a good choice. As stressful as the situation was for me and my wife, Ignacio V. made it as pleasant of an experience as he could. He explained everything he found and how he was going to fix it. Very professional, courteous, etc. etc. When that work was completed, he checked the entire house for any other potential issues that could pop up.

    Other than Ignacio being the right guy to send out to my house, the price was on point. I expected to be charged a lot more than I was. If I ever need plumbing or HVAC work, especially in an emergency, I will be calling Thompson Plumbing and Heating!

    A pinhole leak inside the wall – copper pipe plumbing from the 1960s – left me with a completely demolished bathroom and torn out kitchen cabinets. To prevent future catastrophes, I decided to have my house and detached garage replumbed. I called Bob Muller at Personal Plumbing, based on exceptional work they’ve done for me in the past. The six guys worked as an efficient and experienced team, determining the best route for the PEX pipe, preparing access through the drywall, running the pipe and then wrapping it with insulation. They carefully protected my furnishings and floors while working, and removed every crumb of debris when they finished. They did an outstanding and professional job.

    Repeat customers here with Personal Plumbing! The first couple times were to replace our toilets and shower faucet, which we had excellent customer service and professionalism with. This time, our water heater broke down on us and, after realizing it was 16 years old, we decided to just replace it instead of waiting a couple days for someone to come out and inspect/repair it. So we called Personal Plumbing and they scheduled a tech to come out 8am the very next day! The tech, Chris, was very professional and nice, and got the water heater replaced within several hours it seemed. And before he left, he made sure he answered any of my questions/concerns. I was able to give my baby a nice warm bath that night! Very satisfied with this company.

    They went above and beyond because after they left I noticed my shower handle was loose. I don’t think they caused it. It has to have been a coincidence. Without hesitation they enthusiastically came back and fixed that for me for free. Since they were back they also looked over some other things like my water pressure and water heater to make sure all that was fine also, even though they came originally for a shower head issue. I am very happy with their professional, friendly and competent service. I forgot to mention, they also educated me on some accessory parts I may need in the future so that was helpful also! They even found the part online for me. Thank you for everything today!

    I had the worst experience dealing with the Water Wise Plumbing. July 7, Thursday: Our backflow pipe/valve broke. Based on excellent reviews and company’s website’s post which appeared to specialize in backflow system, I called Water Wise Plumbing. A receptionist/owner? asked me to take photos and send to her. After the photos, she texted me asking where the leak was and I told her. When I didn’t hear from her again, I texted her at 2:30 P.M. “Please let me know when is the earliest possible time available. Thank you!!!” July 8, Friday: When no reply from her, I texted her: “… we need to know when you can service our water leaking problem. Please let me know because we have not contacted other plumbers. Thanks.” She texted me: “My soonest would be week from today, Friday 7/15 …” I texted her: “Thanks. … Cost is not a big factor but do you have an estimate?” Her text: “I do not have an estimate yet. The technician is working on estimates. It should be texted to you by tomorrow morning. If I can get your full name, job address and an email address for our system we can get a formal bid over to you” I supplied the information she requested and then waiting began. No estimate on Saturday, no estimate on Sunday, NOT a word from her… July 11, Monday: After wearisome waiting for 2 days, I texted her: “We have been waiting to hear from you or a technician regarding the estimate. Is there a problem to do our repairs/replacement? …” She replied: “Hello. Unfortunately we won’t be able to come out for a bid. I was hoping that I could move some jobs around or we would have some flexibility but the schedule is just too tight. I apologize.” What…! We wasted 5 precious days to be told that they could not even give us the estimate. Didn’t I supply the photos and necessary information? Didn’t she tell me they would text me the estimates? I let her know how I felt and no one should be treated like that. I cannot attest or contradict the plumbing work by the Water Wise. However, I came to a conclusion that they are neither trustworthy nor dependable. Oh, yes, I called another plumbing company. A technician came out right away and he replaced the whole thing, backflow and pressure regulator valve, within an hour for $2,998 including $49 service fee. What a stark contrast to the Water Wise Plumbing! I am truly grateful and became a fan to this newly discovered company, named ‘A … ‘. Because of this very upsetting experience of dealing with Water Wise Plumbing, I was compelled to write this review hoping to prevent others from suffering.

    Our neighbors noticed a leak in our garage while we were out of town and gave us the referral to water wise plumbing. We easily arranged service to identify and repair the pipe. They also found that our pressure regulator was blown. We were able to arrange for that repair within a couple of days. The repair men came on time and were fast, friendly and professional. I hope I don’t need plumbing services anytime soon, but I will definitely use this company again when I do.

    Found my bathroom floor unusually hot so I called Fred. He confirmed the slab leak so I decided to repipe my home. Fred was very thorough and professional. He brought his crew to work on this project. They completed the job in one day. The price was reasonable and they were polite and professional. I’m definitely calling them again, if I need another plumbing job. I highly recommend Water Wise Plumbing!
