  1. We were very pleased with the job that Miller and Sons did. We had to have flooring and concrete removed and run new lines to relocate the toilet, along with new shower. They’re equipped to be able to remove concrete and flooring without any issues. They did an exceptional job they were prompt. Each time they returned on time as scheduled. They provided us with creative ideas and insight of what would work best! We actually had them do two bathrooms and a laundry room. They’re great people family owned and very active in their community. I would highly recommend them at any job small or large.The crew speaks highly of the owners and has been working for them a long time!

  2. Install drain and trim without any scratches to any of the plumbing fixtures. Fantastic job. Did an exceptional job of concealing, the supply line on the toilet. Responded quickly to our request came out within a day of the request even though it wasn’t an emergency all staff are exceptionally polite. Wouldn’t use anyone else, but Miller’s Plumbing they’re fantastic!

  3. Miller and Son’s Plumbing was very responsive to my needs to have the water heater replaced. They came out the following day. The plumber who did the replacement was very good and personable. He did the replacement quickly and left the area very clean. Would highly recommend.. Also, they gave me the best price.

  4. Miller and sons were recommended by my neighbor. I called and had to leave a message and I was pleasantly surprised that I was called back and it was after 5, which was surprising and appreciated as they could have waited till the next day. She inquired and pretty much diagnosed the probable cause. She offered that they could have someone come out the same day or schedule a different day. I went with a different day. The service tech was running s bit behind and they were courteous and let me know. They also sent me a reminder about my appointment. Daniel arrived and was very friendly and reassuring that he would get the problem solved. He was very thorough and talked and walked me through what he was doing. He answered my questions and was patient yet focused on getting it done. He didn’t rush which I appreciated and I was glad to have confidence in him and what he was doing. I was definitely relieved. The pricing was reasonable and I’d definitely recommend them and will use them for any of my future needs. This was my first time needing a plumber after 24 years in my home. I’m thankful that it was a great experience! I called another plumber that called me back 3 days later. Miller and sons sets the bar high for customer service and attention to detail in their work!

  5. Shower would not turn off. This wasn’t just a drip. There was a steady stream of water. The only shutoff was the main shutoff for the entire house. I called at 9:30 in the morning and had a technician at my house by 11:00. Daniel was fantastic. He was courteous and professional. The repair was completed in short amount of time and the price was reasonable. Miller and Sons is on my “go to list” should I have any future plumbing issues.

    Cody came to repair a shut-off valve for a new washer. He explained what had to be done before he started the repair. He did a great job on the repair & gave me a great deal. He even made it easier for me to access the valve. I am so happy with the results & will definitely call Johnson Bros again for any plumbing jobs.

    I wish there was more than 5 stars. I would give a 10. Bradley was very professional, polite. He explained everything to me. He also was earlier than my appt( Yes) because it was almost a week with my kitchen sink clogged. The cost was fair. I would highly recommend Johnson Brothers plumbing. Again, 10 star from me.

    Stephen was very nice and personable, arrived on time, found the cause of the leak, replaced leaky garbage disposal right then and there for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Johnson Brothers again. It’s nice to find a company that does good work and is reasonably priced.

    High quality and super friendly technicians and phone staff. Had to get a new water heater put in and know that’s it’s a little more expensive than having Lowes do it but the attention to detail and professionalism was great. You can’t even tell they moved the water lines. They did a great job repainting and texturizing the wall to match. Worth every penny. And even on their first visit they fixed our two wobbly toilets the plumber came and talked to us about how he totally removed the first toilet and resealed it and said he didn’t find a leak and asked us if we wanted to do the same thing to the other toilet to save some money which was super refreshing to see. He explained it all and we appreciate the honesty. We opted to get it done right, but like how they let us make the choice and they even got our water heater put in super quick and worked with our schedule.

    I have only 1 tub in my house & faucet broke off on Saturday morning. Hefner was only plumbers open so I called them. Dallas came out same day but was not able to find part to replace since my house was built in 1962. He stated he would call around & find it somewhere. He called me early Monday morning & stated he had the part & would be there that afternoon. He made the repair & it works great. He was a very nice young man & very professional. I was impressed by his commitment to get the job done. I highly recommend Hefner. I will use them again even though it probably cost more I would rather use a professional than a handyman.

    I cannot express to you how courteous and professional this company is. From the time that I called the office to set up an appointment to the end of the job each and every employee was respectful and was able to answer my questions. Sean came out and explained the slab leak and gave me my options I did not feel pressured to do anything. The two installers Dallas and Jordan we’re amazing first they showed up on time they were always clean and professional everyday they told me what the game plan was going to be. If I had any questions they were more than able to answer them. I cannot express to you how impressed I was thank you again
