They were timely and nice on the phone. It took them 3 days to do the job, which is what I expected. The problem is that they apparently did not crimp and seal the piping airtight. I didn’t notice the leaks until a week later when I started to see cockroaches coming into my house. I’ve contacted Feiner to come out and address the situation as they said to call within 30 days if anything comes up. That was last week. I have now used building waters a couple times. Had a furnace installed and now a hot water heater. Work was done in a timely manner, service person was polite, and I was always charged exactly what a was quoted. I will definitely go bad if I am in need of there service
I had a super old furnace that wasn’t working properly. Building Waters came out right away to look at it and try to find the issue and repair it. When I found out that it was beyond repair, they graciously waived the cost of the repair visit in place of a brand-new furnace/AC unit. They were able to set up the replacement quickly. The workers were super nice and easy to work with / talk to. The job was done with great quality, and I am very happy with the outcome of the job. I will definitely be calling them again for my next job!
I’m extremely pleased with the rapid response and great service when my water heater stopped working. I called at 7:15 am and had service within a half hour. Very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable duo and Jeff had been a tremendous help earlier. I highly recommend Building Waters and will use them exclusively from now on.
Found out my kitchen sink was leaking and was able to get Building Waters out to my house early the next morning. They diagnosed the problem immediately and gave us some options on how to fix it. They also took a look at my toilet and fixed that problem at no extra charge. They were able to install a new faucet in my kitchen within an hour. Noah and his partner were extremely professional and polite. It was a good price and couldn’t have been happier with the service!
We got up to find out we barely had hot water. We called, had an appointment right away, and our workman showed up much sooner than expected, got the job done in a very timely manner, was polite & professional, cleaned up & everything! The price was very reasonable. Any plumbing needs in the future, I’ll definitely call them again! Highly recommended.
