  1. Matt and his helper were great! Got here within an hour of calling. Fixed my shower handle/ faucet, that was badly leaking. Replaced and relocated my hard to get to water cutoff and high pressure valve from under the the house to a closet inside. Did the job quickly and neatly! Highly recommend! Great service! Very professional!

  2. PF Plumbing was professional in their communication and kept me up to date as I was waiting for a last minute time-slot to open. Once a technician was assigned, I was provided a precise time they would be at my residence. When Zachary arrived, he listened to all my concerns and was friendly and professional. He gave me a cost summary and then also asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was there. He checked on a warranty for an unrelated component and was able to get it sent directly to my residence for free. The quality of the work was excellent and it was completed in a timely manner. I almost never write a review but this was one time I felt that the quality of service should be recognized. Zachary went above and beyond my expectations.

  4. Nick & Jarrett were great. Thankfully, while they were here for a very minor toilet issue (installed by other contractors during renovations), I had them check on our water heater, which we learned was 38 years old! I can’t say “New water heater!” fast enough! That is a challenge I do not wish to face! Thanks, guys!!!

  5. PF plumbing is fast, professional, and reliable. We found a leak in our garage and they fixed it right away. We also needed a new dishwasher installed, and they were able to do it on the same day I called. All around great service.

    We were having problems with wiring, too much on one circuit, and a light fixture not working properly. The technician checked each area. He was able to fix one. The other two are going to require a new fixture and services that were not covered under our plan. I’m going to have to budget and purchase what we need and then I will call them again to schedule to finish the repair. The technician was very professional, honest and seemed to know what he was talking about. He was not condescending and spoke plainly in terms I could understand. He also gave me options and let me know how to plan and solve the issues we are having.

    5 stars service, hands down! We had some issues with our heating system, and called a few places for estimates, since replacing a whole heating unit is expensive. Terrell Robinson came to give an estimate from Gwyn. He was friendly, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent time explaining in detail what he had found out about our own unit, including pictures, and listened to our concerns. After he came to look at our unit, he was easy to get in touch with, as well. His quote came quickly, and it was incredibly amenable, including transferable warranty. We were even able to schedule the repair that same week. Thanks to Dustin as well for the quick installation! We were expecting an all-day affair, but it was done in five hours. He showed up very early in the morning and was out around lunchtime. If you’re looking for a great local HVAC service, consider Gwyn!

    The sales rep Terrel was excellent. He walked me through what was going to happen, and how much it was going to cost I just thought it was great. I got them from Duke power and the people that came today the two fellas they were wonderful they didn’t leave a mess. They knew what they were doing, and very respectful and polite

    Brad Allen, of Gwyn Services, did a terrific job for me. He arrived on schedule, his workmanship was excellent, he was friendly, courteous, and personable , and he brought the job in on schedule and on budget, meeting the estimate exactly.     The entire team was super nice, very professional, and made the entire situation easy and stress free. We had a water leak in our upper level that drained into the ceiling downstairs. BJ called us back quickly, walked us through the process, and even helped file the claim with our insurance.
