  1. I’m so relieved when Zoom Drain showed up. Everything was done professionally. Rafael greeted us with a smile. As soon as Rafael saw our flooded bathroom, he asked where the trap was (we didn’t even think about the trap, so we had to clear that area). When his partner arrived with all the tools and equipment (the truck was in Holland Tunnel traffic), they worked right away. Hector, Rafael’s partner, was very courteous and polite. He explained what has caused the clogged main line and he spoke intelligently, like he has a Masters in plumbing! Suffice it to say that they were our heroes for the day. I think they charged reasonably for their fees (would you go elbow-deep in raw sewage?) and I completely understand the emergency fee for working on a Sunday, with less than 24-hours of notice. They apologized for being late and I figured it was a matter of miscommunication and traffic (Northern NJ is a lot to cover). I called them at 9:45 PM on a Saturday, expected a call by 8 AM for an ETA, then by 10 AM, I finally got a call saying that they’re on their way. They started working around 12:20 PM and they were done by 1:02 PM. All this time, their answering service was very responsive and courteous. That aspect of the service was also truly helpful. When we can’t flush, shower nor do anything to use our drains because it might add to the flooding, you know you have to let the professionals deal with it — and Zoom Drain was there to solve it. Before leaving, Rafael flushed our toilet, went to the trap and smiled when he heard it drain out properly. Thank you!

  2. Felicia answered the phone promptly and scheduled an appointment for kitchen drain cleaning the same day. She was very friendly and professional.
    Joel came that afternoon right on schedule and cleared 35 ft. of clogged drain. He provided a prompt estimate and answered all my questions. He also provided an estimate for video inspection of my sewer system. He was very professional. I would recommend Zoom Drain again.

  3. The driver showed up early and went to work. Explained everything he did and was super nice. The block in the sewer was cleared up quickly and he used the snake several times to make sure it was clear I will highly recommend Zoom. Quick and professional and very nice people Abbas was very skilled at his job and just a gentleman to be around he deserves a raise and a bonus

    I am not one to take the time to write reviews online, but my experience with this company made it impossible for me to keep my mouth shut.     After tried 3 big name plumbing companies and giving me different solution proposals with 5 digits pricing to fix sewer line blockage, I decided to try 4th one and called Urgent Drain – Rob. This gentleman was able to fix the clog within 2 hours and cost 3 digits. So glad I canceled the 5 digit contract which would open ground and dig 5 feet deep to replace sewer line, not even mention to destroy all landscape and sidewalk. Rob is professional in his manners, courteous to communicate, confident to his technical skills and honesty to the pricing . I would definitely recommend Urgent Drain and Rob to all of my neighbors. The price was very reasonable and better than those in my surrounding areas from my own experiences after spending days and talked/tried several plumbers with brand names.

    Robert and Larry are certified professionals. My sewer issue was very complex due to having an older house, Robert was the perfect investigator to figure out the root cause of my problems and now I have a long term fix to a sewer pipe that was I calling a plumber for every 4 months or so.
