  1. Brandon, licensed electrician, was beyond awesome!!!! if you have Services done you should definitely ask for him. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent services. He was patient, respectful to my home, and gave several options for install. I thought that the companies prices would not be competitive but I was absolutely wrong. The prices are competitive. He installed 4 customer provided wired smoke alarms and replaced a GIF receptical in the kitchen. He was efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Thanks Brandon. Michaels & Sons has a superior 👏 electrician.

  2. Our experience with Daegan was nothing short of great! From the minute he entered our home he was very friendly and respectful. We had him come in to add a few boxes for various light fixtures around the house, and one light he moved over for us within the room. He took his time, and he kept me involved in the decision making process which I really appreciated! Even after staying longer than I’m sure he planned, he ended up installing one of the light fixtures for us because we didn’t have the right tools. He did a fantastic job, and we will surely have him back in the future!

  3. I had a couple of loose light fixtures and one in a very difficult to reach area. Daegan came out to diagnose the issue and came back the next week to complete the work. He was extremely quick with the repairs and even noticed we had a loose doorknob and unprompted just fixed it real quick. My wife and were impressed with his level of service and professional and helping us find the most cost efficient options as well. I’ll definitely be using them for future needs!

  4. Great service and support. Called and spoke to a very nice individual. Received a text notifying me of the appointment confirmation for later that day. Their tech called and let me know he could come earlier and wanted to know if we could accommodate. I said that we could and a few minutes later received another text with a picture of the employee, Pete, that was coming, along with some of their hobbies. Very cool. When Pete arrived, he was very courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and willing to help and answer all our questions. Pete recommended a few options, we chose the best one for our needs and Pete got to to work removing our old water heater and installing a new one. From the time I called to the time Pete finished was approximately 4 hours. Their price was comparable with other plumbing companies and Pete’s expertise and attitude put them on top, even though they were $100-$200 more than the other company. Very satisfied with our decision to use Michael and Sons.

  5. I had the pleasure of having Mike from Michael and Son install a water filtration system under my sink, and I must say that he exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, Mike was a consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with.

    Firstly, Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about the various water filtration systems available on the market and was able to recommend the best one for my needs. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each system and answered all my questions in a clear and concise manner.

    Once I decided on the system I wanted, Mike got to work immediately. He was meticulous in his work, taking great care to ensure that everything was installed correctly and that there were no leaks or other issues. He even went the extra mile by tidying up after himself, leaving my kitchen cleaner than he found it.

    Throughout the installation process, Mike was friendly and professional, and I felt completely at ease with him in my home. He was happy to chat and explain what he was doing at each step, which made me feel like I was in good hands.

    I had these guys take the contract a while back when I was soliciting for a reputable company. Me being a first time home owner I was clueless regarding either having repairs done on my water heater or having it entirely replaced. I may have been taken for a ride because I was recommended on having it replaced completely. They came and installed the unit but it was poorly installed. I would’ve done the review but never received the email from the office. You may need to invest in step ladders for your crew because they used a plastic chair I had sitting in my garage and nearly broke it. I am not using these guys again.

    I saw the tv advertisement. Contacted the business. The technician came checked the system. He found that was in good working order. Technician was well versed in the AC subject matter. He was very informative. Since my unit has not had a problem in six years.

    Where do I begin. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.. my heater went out Thursday 10/20. Scheduled a service call between 2-5. Came home from work waited all evening no show no call.received a text stating someone in dispatch wouldn’t call, never received a call. I called the customer service center several times that night( it was a cold night) was told someone would call but they never did. At 9pm that night rescheduled for the following day for a service call between 10-2. Took off from work again. No show no call. Again did receive a text confirming my appointment and was told someone would call me but they never did. Received a text Saturday morning 10/22 at 10 am starting someone was on the way. I was at work at the time and my husband was not home . Called my husband so he had to change his plans and head back to the house to meet the tech. Was told we needed a gas valve replacement and someone would call us to make sure we wanted the work done before they would order the part. Surprise! no call. Called corporate customer care was told our business was very important. Give him 48 hours to call the branch and he would get back to us. Guess what? No call. We left a message on his machines Tuesday 10/25 and still no call . Today is Saturday 10/29 and still no call. We do not know if the parts been ordered. Throughout this ordeal was have called and spoke to several people who assure us they will look into thing and get back with us. I understand that they are probably under staffed but someone could s as least call and let us know what going on. At this point I would like to call somebody else to do the job but we purchased a unit for them and it’s still under warranty. It’s less than two years old. We paid $170 for the original service call and do not want to call another company to order this part and pay for another service call. We are very patient people But this is beyond ridiculous. This is very unprofessional for a corporation this large.

    I Initially contacted the company to arrange plumbing repairs on 01/13/23 and made an appointment for 01/15/23. I was contacted shortly after and the appointment was changed to 01/16/23. No one came and no one called. I contacted the company the morning of 01/17/23 and Mr. Travis Gibson came about lunch time. He apologized for the oversight and performed an inspection to identify the problem and actions needed to correct it. He was courteous, professional and informative. He said he would draw up a proposal showing work to be done and a cost estimate and would email it to me. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything. I contacted the company again on 01/23/23. It was discovered that my email address was incorrect. The correction was made and I was told the information would be sent soon. It was not. I called again on 01/30/23 and expressed my disappointment. I was told the plumbing supervisor would contact me in 20 minutes. She did not. Mr Gibson contacted me later in the day and we talked about the problems. He got everything done. He sent the proposal and got approval for the job and took care of everything else. He is the only reason I didn’t call someone else to do the job. Mr. Gibson came on 02/08/23 and worked for several hours to complete the job. As before, he was courteous, professional and informative. He was neat and took extra precautions to avoid making a mess in the home and he cleaned prior to leaving. If I do business with this company again it will be because of Mr. Gibson. He was the only one that seemed to care and the only one that acted on my behalf.

    Installer was punctual and very professional in a down to earth kind of way. He explained everything in detail and even made a recommendation to possibly installing a whole house surge protector which I didn’t even know was a thing. All in all I was very pleased with the service and customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this company.

    I have to leave a mixed review for Roto- Rooter. We had a supply line water leak on our toilet that caused extensive water damage. A plumber came out on Labor Day weekend within a few hours and wanted $300 to replace the water supply line ($7 part and 10 minutes labor). Plumber was friendly, but that was a pretty high dollar amount for that repair. The water mitigation team that came was also friendly. There were some last minute changes in times for them to show up and appeared to be lots of staffing issues. They removed wet flooring and removed our toilet and sink in the bathroom. All in all everything went well until it came time for us to put our toilet back. The tech had put the toilet in our garage and covered with a black trash bag. We didn’t think anything of it, but apparently the toilet tank lid must have broke or something during the process and instead of telling us, they appeared to cover it up and left me scrambling more than a month later to try to find a new tank lid. I would not recommend them as plumbers due to their high pricing, and I would not recommend them for mitigation after finding out they either broke or took a piece of my toilet and didn’t tell me. I understand that things break, especially during demo but not telling me was the issue.

    Cory did an awesome job! Pleasant experience and great job on repairing the leak. Left the space neat and clean. Explained the problem as he was working. He also arrived on time…now that’s more than you can ask for! If Cory had to leave to get a part he needed, he went and came directly back to working on the issue !     I had previously given this business a great review which is why I called them again, but I had to edit as I saw no other way to give a second review. I waited half of one day (missed their call but called back and they’d already went elsewhere) and then most of the next day (2-6) last week, only to have them tell me they couldn’t come then either and I’d have to wait until the next day. The guy came the next day and I told him the garbage disposal was leaking AND didn’t work at all, but I’d purchased a new one in case it couldn’t be repaired as it was only a couple years old. He pulled a few tiny items out of it and got it to make noises, but it still leaked when he left and he knew that. After all of that, he told me he could only stop the leak by replacing the unit. Well. I’d told him that I had already bought one and had it before he’d done anything! So he proceeded to give me a RIDICULOUS amount to put my new one in (which others have quoted at less than half) and charged $125 for what he did do which was NOTHING since that entire sink is not usable at all with a leak in the disposal. I shouldn’t have paid as he did not give that estimate before doing anything as advertised. When I asked what the charge would be, he waved his hand and said, “It won’t be very much. Don’t worry”. Then took off to his truck to get something. He then asked me to sign off on doing the work AT THE END when I was paying. He said it should have been done at the beginning. As a female alone, I didn’t feel comfortable with not paying him either. Do yourself a favor. Call someone that cares to do the work right. Now I have to find even more time to take off to get this unit installed.
