  I have been visiting this parlour, for the 1st time it was good, but later my hand got burnt , not once but thrice. 1 time they burnt my upper lip. Other time it was my hand (last service i took). Its been 3 months , still the marks are not gone.
  There are better places (local salons) which offer better services, please do not go. There is only 1 lady who does nice waxing, rest all are waste. I complained the same to owner, but she refused saying this is because of rica. Which is not true. I have had rice a million times before.

  This is probably the best parlor in Dhanbad. The staff here is very hardworking and friendly, and they know what they are doing unlike other big brands in Dhanbad. There are variety of services available here… And it’s definitely budget friendly…. You get MORE than what you pay for is what I believe!!!

  Poor experience… That makeup artist did the bridal makeup but not up to the mark. Along with that my sister had taken a party makeup which was too horrible. I will definitely not suggest this parlour for anyone.

  1st time visiting worst experience….they have charged around 2500 rupees just for hair spa by calling it keratin treatment (not even given steam or head massage)765 rupees just for a d tan pack but did nothing like massage or cleaning ….1999 for hydra facial (they don’t even clean blackheads or whiteheads properly)300 for plain hair cut …
  They just fooling peoples making money from innocent women’s ,girls ….worst worst experience I never recommend this L’Oréal to those who are 1st timer if u have experience then u can visit them……they don’t have power backup so most of the services are done in darkroom😂😂…maha faltu

  I visited the parlour yesterday. I have got normal haircut here before but this time I was so disappointed.
  Firstly, last week itself my sister got a haircut there for 250/- with hairwash and styling included.
  Today, I had to pay 300/- for just getting my hair trimmed from the back and a lil styling in the front which barely took 2-3 mins. The cut was done by aunty and the blow drying was done by 2 staffs who just blow dried my hair for and combed it 2-3 times. The entire process took not more than 5-6 mins. My scalp was oily yet wasn’t washed.
  I honestly don’t think my haircut was worth the price.
  Last year, before Durga Puja I visited Sonal and the staff with curly hair and slightly heavy voice, don’t know her name, she totally messed up my eyebrows but I let it slide but this time I’m really really disappointed.
  I have been to Sonal many a times before but never been this dissatisfied with their service until today.

  Worst makeup artist in dhanbad. She will not use correct foundation shade and your face will be white. You will come back looking like a ghost. In parlour they will use artificial light to make you look good but once you are out of salon you will realise how much patchy the makeup looks. All of my guests and families were horrified looking at the makeup. Please don’t waste your money here.
