  Not good with old customers.
  I did my hair smoothning and it is good for 3-4 months then it started curly hair. I spend 8000 rupees and the hair brand is Schwarzkopf.
  I told to them and they said it is new growth.
  They just making excuses not the solution.
  *Do not spill your money to this salon 🙏

  The Hair cut and staff was very unprofessional since starting. They didn’t even care to give a proper service.
  They dont understand and FOCUS on customer choice. The person was giving their own gyaanbazi only.

  Not a hygienic place. I took waxing n facial but no good results and the staff is also not co operative at all. They kept me waiting for about half an hour. They provided me with the brochure 15 minutes later when I asked for it and even the charges are too high as compared to the service they give.

  I specifically called before to make sure that there was no rush and I ll get my hair done asap but even after reassuring me, when I reached there they asked me to wait for 45 mins. The whole concept of making an appointment is to make sure you get things done in time. I hope my message gets to whoever the manager is there.   Good service. I prefer Anjum for the beautification services in Central India. She is an experienced beautician and behaves well. The place maintains hygiene and is equipped with good staff. I however am not very fond of services related to hair (haircut). That is quite average.
