4 months agoQuick friendly service, at reasonable prices, with lots of different price point options as well as detailing service. They also sell car mats, wipers, huge assortment of car fresheners, and various other car accessories. I received the platinum package and while it was a good job, there were still some smudge as well as bird “remnants” on my windshield.. That’s why not 5 stars…but would definitely go back and try the detailing service.2 months agoI have been going to this car wash facility for 3 years and they do an excellent job on my 2018 Dodge Challenger. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to my car. Muhammad assisted in getting a scratch mark off of my side mirror within minutes with no charge. He was very kind and polite. 5 months agoSave yourself some time and skip this place. I took my Jeep here to get it cleaned. The worker, who already had a bad attitude, told me it would be an extra $5 because it was “too dirty”. I know it’s dirty, that’s why I came to the car wash… When I asked where they listed this extra charge on their big board of prices, he couldn’t point it out to me and went to get the manager. The manager comes out, again, with a terrible attitude, and says they’re really busy, they would do the best they can, but couldn’t guarantee they could get it fully clean. He still wanted to charge me an extra $5, which he again couldn’t identify on the price board… I understand charging extra for something that might take more work, but an unlisted $5 surcharge on top of a service that only costs $25 is dumb. I wouldn’t have minded paying a little extra if the charge had been listed or even if the customer service was decent, but I don’t support businesses who treat their customers like trash. Theyt couldn’t even guarantee their work. What’s the point? Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

4 months agoGood low priced car wash 🧽a month agoThis car wash use to be the best until They changed ownership. It use to be $14 for full service WITH ARMORALL. Now full service is $17 plus $3 for armorall and they don’t clean your car as good as the previous washers. Did windows and dash, in and out. A true hand wash with no equipment to scratch cars.
Office had too many perfume smelly things, so if u r allergic, dont go in.
2 months agoBest car wash in the area. They do a good job washing it, it’s washed by hand, and reasonably priced. Most other car washes are more expensive for a machine wash.

I got the ultimate package unlimited Groupon. As you see still significant bugs/dirt on my car. Granted they were washing 1.5k of dirt and bugs. Tires were pretty clean, but I did hand clean them good last wash. The African American dude yelling was not helpful but the owner was cool. If this was some other city I’d probably rate it lower but for the area Robin Hood appears the only one that’s not 90$ hand detailing. Please put my side mirror back in place though. Maybe next visit it’ll finish getting everything off or I’ll just prescrub right before pulling in haha.
I normally hand wash my car myself and use ceramic products only. I’m pickier than most, check the vid from right after though.
Strongly disapprove of this car wash service. I was paying 28$ per month to really only wash my car 2x per month max. This only includes exterior wash and on top of that they charge $1 a minute for YOU to clean the inside of YOUR own car. There are many more subscription services in the area that will either do your interior or offer free vacuums to clean your own car. To add your car also always ends up streaky after the wash. I accepted this due to the convenience, but I couldn’t look the other way when charged to use the vacuum a dollar by the minute.
This place’s service model and charges are absolutely egregious. Look elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Robin Hood car wash for almost a year now. They’re CLEAN, staff is always friendly & provides good service. I always get a VIP wash for $45. They do a thorough job at an affordable price. I’ll continue to be a regular customer!
