3 months agoGot an express was, Bill’s best. When I pay that much for a car wash I expect everything to be clean with some minor areas that may have spotting. This is crazy won’t be using them again.Customer service while I was there was amazing.
4 weeks agoSo I stop by the car wash around 3 o’clock and I was feeling really quite vulnerable because my leg was broken. This young man he was about five foot ten with green eyes really quite cute that was drying my car. Lovely man helped me out so much that I couldn’t believe it. he was just so generous. It makes me wanna come back to this car wash every week just in case I get to see him again.5 months agoThis is the most amazing car wash I have ever been to, I will NEVER go anywhere else again. For very reasonable prices, there are a multitude of washes & other services you can choose from, & they actually wipe the interior of your door jambs/trunk down after a wash. My car always comes out looking spectacular. They are extremely friendly here & no pressure or upselling of anything at all, which is such a nice change from where I used to go, I used to dread that part, but now, getting my car washed makes me happy, it’s always done beautifully by friendly people. You have lifetime customers in both my husband & myself 🙂a year agoThe Rochester location of Mr. C’s really impressed me today! The shine on my wife’s Hellcat Durango after a drive thru car wash worked it’s magic was phenomenal. My father in law thought I had washed and waxed it! Ha. I opted for the $18 Works wash. I absolutely love the attention to detail when the hand dry crew comes out. They get your door jambs, blow out your mirrors, and really just take it up a notch. Definitely worth stopping in for a wash. I will certainly be back again! Now, if only they fit my dually Ram!a month agoActual full service carwash, interior/exterior, hand dry, blown out mirrors… and no ‘membership’ needed. Buried back in a neighborhood, which was strange, but excellent service and the truck came out looking fabulous. The wash broke off the short antenna on the top of the truck, but they are going to find it and/or replace it. Will be back when I’m in town, for certain.

a week agoThe monthly plan is good. I go for the basic plus plan at $25 a month. A wash a week pays for the plan easily versus buying each wash individually. It does a good job and uses a good amount of water. Way better than the Tommy’s nearby. Free towel dry. Tipping is appreciated but not expected, so it’s not a high pressure feeling about tipping every time through. Overall, it’s a good value and convenient location on my way home from work.6 months agoWent there today at 6:40 in a black equinox great place to clean your car… that’s if you enjoy paint scratches and a half wash. Rochester is a much better location however, the salesman James was very Friendly however the manager mark had an overall bad attitude and put no effort into my car! Towel dry was great but I don’t appreciate dirt being rubbed into my paint. Even the passenger washer did a good job but mark refused to powerwash my car not great service on his end I am a regular customer but this place is mid tier at best I used to enjoy the more personal experience when washing wash but this place has fallen off.a week agoVery nice they did a very good basic car wash. UGH.4 months agoI cannot recommend this place enough! I normally use Mr. C’s for the wash and detail but this is a lot closer to home and figured I’d try it out. Not only was staff kind at every step of the way, they found things while cleaning I thought I had lost months ago (which hadn’t been found previously with my cleanings at the other place). My car looks great and they honestly made my day. Thanks guys!

They had to wash my car twice and it still looked dirty for$14 the first guy didn’t even power wash at all just rushed through if you want a great car wash don’t go here go to mister C’s I won’t be back and yes my car is new!
New management is terrible. They broke a chrome piece off of my truck the manager walked up to my truck looks at the front and says I see why it broke and walked away.
Absolutely terrible management at this place after the previous manager left. I would recommend staying away. He didn’t even try to help me with what happen or offer to give me a free wash. Absolutely terrible manager.

Jax has been around since I started driving. It has always been the gold standard in car washes in Detroit area. I recently have signed up for the Jax Pass, which allows you unlimited washes for one price. I have now discovered they have a universal computer system and you can use your pass at any Jax car wash. They have purchased many new car washes around the area and have built new ones from ground up. It is highly recommended and very well managed.
April done such a good job. She made an 8 year old car look like new. If you use this service be prepared to let them take there time. A little longer than the two hours planned but it was worth it. My wife was very happy with her car looking so clean. Thank you.
This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. Every time it just leaves a couple of evident scratches on my car which can be clearly seen on a white mustang (surprising), thanks to your smooth/soft brushes as you guys claim. And the worst part is today, my spoiler screws got off and the whole spoiler was on the ground after wash. Thanks again to your soft car wash which got my bolted spoiler completely off the car. Someone, not even the manager shows up and says we can’t do anything. Ridiculous customer service. Now I will have to take up the hassle to fix my spoiler. I was an unlimited exterior member and after today I am never ever going neither recommending anyone to this car wash. This just ruined my Saturday.
