Noticed today tire shine was applied to left side but not right side.a month agoWash was okay but needed a repeat wash to clean grill and windshield. Windshield still was dirty after second wash. Didn’t ask for a third wash. It seems this happens more often since they no longer have the person washing the windshield and/or front and back of car. The automatic spray doesn’t seem to do the job.3 months agoKelsey Ginder operations manger was outstanding she went above and beyond expectations, she helped me clean out our work van at your self service station, I wish I could instill her work ethic in my managers! Self-service interior cleaning machines are available for a nominal fee for 8 mins.3 months agoPlenty of workers, but evidently no one wants to pay attention. Sat in line for 10 extra minutes because three teenagers need to check their phones instead of paying attention to the rotation at the three car lanes. The Middle Lane got skipped five consecutive times, and morning got done until I got there attention.

4 months agoI came in for a wash, but after seeing the high caliber attention to detail by the crew I purchased the ultimate detail, all those little spots cracks and crevices that we just can’t get at a normal carwash, none overlooked, my detailer cleaned in the vents… Had some blemishes in my clear coat that disappeared, not a water spot on my truck and I drive a big 5500 ram professionally so i know this was a big job. I was in shock to get my truck back looking like the day I purchased it. Best money I have ever spent at a car wash hands down. Thank you Jordan for showing me around the detail bay so I could see for myself. It wasn’t a sale it was a good decision.a week agoI had the Ultimate Interior done on my Subaru Forester. I got in and thought I had purchased a brand new car! The interior was immaculate and was so shiny! I was so happy, I left and returned with donuts for all the hard-working crew and front clerks. It’s sparkly an image car wash I’ve been a customer since the late ’80s and I’m always amazed at when I go in how clean it is and how the management is always trying to improve the visit effect to make it better. Enough about that my car is always clean and sparkling when I leave smells great I’m always amazed at the professionalism of the people that work there and the people that run it you can get just a simple car wash or you can have full body experience cleaning your car.4 months agoThis was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I wasn’t sure what service I needed to take care and of my rusted rim concern. Following my wash, my rim still appeared very rusted. Jordan and Slater came to the rescue! They not only got my rims clean and shinning, they were kind and patient. I was provided with guidance on what I need to ask for in the future to ensure the thorough clean I want. They truly made me feel like a valued customer and that is what keeps us returning. Job well done Jordan and Slater. Now I have to tell all my friends to stop by for a great wash with exceptional service❤️a month agoWe love the great service we always receive at sparkling image. We always get their basic full service and you definitely get your moneys worth. For $21 they vacuum out the whole car, spray off my all season mats, wash the car, towel dry, wash the inside windows, and wipe down the dashboard. Sometimes the wait can be long if it is a busy day but after visiting another car wash closer to my house and getting half the service for $30 it makes it worth the wait to have a sparking clean car.

My favorite one in the city. The attendants are friendly and space cars for maximum cleaning. They keep the detailing bays clean and ready for customers. And the car wash doesn’t have a sour smell to it like some others in the city.
Crew Carwash just jacked up my monthly fee $10 without so far as an email explaining why. I have a BASIC carwash plan and now it will cost me $15 a wash, which is $4 more than they are charging for an individual Basic Wash.
I only use mine 2 times a month and they promised me at the beginning they wouldnt raise the price from $19.95 if I didnt start use it a lot more than that. At most, Ive used it maybe 3 times a month but thats maybe winter or bad weather, but Ive held close to my 2-car wash average.
They are now telling me that if I want the Basic Plan to have any value, I now need to wash my vehicle 3-4 times a month. Thats patently ridiculous, it looks like Ill cancel and have to pay as I go. SMH. A $5 increase would have been fine, but $10, thats egregious.
The young ladies at the entrance completely ignored me. So I thought I I could the attention of the guy that guides the cars on track to ask a question but I was ignored by them too. So sad
I love that you GUYS are opening more crew Wash makes it easier to keep my car clean.

The service was great from the woman after a man walked up to my car and then told me to talk to the woman!It would be five stars, but they only accept credit cards in order to use the vacuum cleaners. That’s why I’m only giving it two stars and because the man acted ignorantly!
