His knowledge and experience showed with his confidence working by himself. He made my day. — Getting into pricing and calling around Black Diamond was pretty close on the high end for what I had done but like the old saying ” You get what you pay for “. That will be $700+ for the repair and an additional $75 for the service call. Didn’t look at the motor, didn’t test anything. I asked him to verify the motor was bad. He said no need. I asked him how he knows the cost without looking at what kind of motor I have. He said it is a flat rate. I said no thanks. Paid him the $75 service call and went to Johnstone supply and bought a motor for $150 and changed it myself in 15 minutes. What a total scam.By Howard (a year ago)

I called Rob around 3PM and he and his partner made it here around 6PM to take a look at it. They remedied the issue and even discovered another bad pipe and fixed it with supplies they already had in their van! Not only did they show up on very short notice, but they fixed the issue efficiently! Extremely friendly service and an excellent price. Don’t hesitate to call TNT if you’re having drainage or sewer issues. My wife and I couldn’t have been any more impressed with their service! I can’t express enough how awesome Tom was. He installed a water filtration system and a utility sink for us. As soon as he got to our house, he got right to it. He did a great job of explaining what he did and showed us how to maintain/use our filtration system. He answered all of our questions and was so helpful. Hands down one of the best workers we’ve hired to do work on our home. I would highly recommend him! 10 out of 10.
Our main drain backed up, I called they had a technician “Dillon” here with in a half hour. He was oilier polite, informative, and professional. He got the job completed quickly and effectively! We will definitely be using them again for any issues in the future.
Dakota Smith is our hero! For months we’ve had plumbers and snake and drain companies come out to fix our draining/clog issues in our kitchen and laundry room. No one could figure it out or locate a clog. Dakota knew just the right questions to ask and went straight to work. He was quick to find the tricky clog. He was very knowledgeable and even helped us figure out a solution to prevent this from happening again. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am so relieved to have ALL of our issues fixed! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and definitely request Dakota as your guy!
Let me start by saying…Tom Hartman is AMAZING! We had a water pipe burst in our home. Tom came out to fix it and went above and beyond for us. He squeezed us into his busy schedule to get the pipe fixed since we had been without water for 6 days. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He answered every one of our questions concisely without hesitation. He gave my son tips on how to tell if he has a leak and how to shut the valves correctly. I also want to point out how wonderful the ladies are that answer the phones. They were always friendly and patient. A devastating Christmas Day house flood experience was eased by your company and the wonderful tech you sent to take care of it. We now know that we will be safer and more secure in our home. Thank you Tom from the bottom of our hearts!
They came out the same day I called. Tom was punctual and very professional. He wore shoe covers and asked if we would prefer he’d mask. He promptly saw the source of the leak and showed my husband how to fix it himself as it was an easy fix. It was excellent service and I would highly recommend!! Best of all – they did not charge us for the visit.
