  1. Nick was great! My husband recently passed away and this was the first time I was handling something like this on my own so obviously I had lots of questions. Nick was very patient with me and answered any questions I threw at him. He let me know step by step what was going on. He even was nice to my dog who took to him like he was an old friend and was curious as to what he was doing and his nosiness didn’t bother Nick one bit. Along with exceptional employees, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN had great pricing and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being upsold something I didn’t need. I was very satisfied with this company and will recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

  2. This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
    Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
    Will update once repairs are made.

  3. Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

  4. Billy’s responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building’s gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. That is including permits and inspections. We feel God blessed us by sending Billy to take care of our needs. Call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and ask for Billy.

  5. Amazing service! Called about an issue with the gas line and my grill. They came out the same day, ensured I knew what the issue was and showed me how to prevent it in the future. Will definitely be using again and Joe A. was very knowledgeable, definitely would use him again also.

    Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up.     I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews.     Terry and Nathan came out to rework the plumbing for our kitchen and install a new faucet. They were prompt, professional and very tidy. They left no mess behind and did an outstanding job getting the work done with quality. They also took the time to walk us through all of the work and how the new plumbing works.     We had a pipe leak appear under our driveway last night. City came after hours and shut off the water. Terry and Nathan got here the next day and got it fixed. Water back! So thankful.     Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

    The team is amazing. Wendy is so kind and gracious over the phone, and all of the service techs we had were respectful, kind, and efficient workers. I never felt uncomfortable. Thank you Michael, Loy, and Dillon for all of your work on our water heater. Unfortunately, our fix took a little longer due to having to order replacement parts from the manufacturer. Each time one of new parts showed up from the manufacturer, they were quick to get us on the schedule.
