He had to check two different crawl spaces in my home to determine where the potential leak was. He discovered a small leak coming from the shower pan and a secondary leak suspected from an outdoor spigot. He replaced the spigot and recommended replacement of the tile shower floor at some time in the near future. He also recommended a revisit to see how much water had dissipated from the crawl space to determine if the spigot was the major leak. He thoroughly explained the procedures and prices and obtained my permission before performing the work. He cleaned up all debris when he was finished. He was knowledgeable and informative. He assessed the issue, got his equipment needed to work the slow/blockage on the laundry room drain. In about 30 to 45 minutes had all flowing well again and then ran the washer and drained to ensure pipes were cleared. Great job and thank you Austin.By p Jones (a month ago)After he finished my toilet stopped working after 2 hours the original issue was noise after flushing was worse. Called to get the Plummer back out was told couldn’t come back until next day. Once I got in invoice was charge $191 for diagnostic fee however he didn’t diagnostic anything I told the Plummer the issue it was an easy fix he was in and out my house 10 mins. On the invoice it says you will only be charge if issue isn’t readily visible . I called to get fee waived called them more than 5 times to talk to supervisor I haven’t received a call back about the diagnostic fee. She clearly puts a lot of care and consideration into her work. Aaron Lucas was a great technician to work with when my A/C decided it was time to quit. He went above and beyond to ensure that I understood every part of the diagnosis and repair. He took his time, ensuring that everything was thoroughly inspected and even consulted with his supervisor to ensure nothing was missed. I appreciated that because two heads are often better than one. He gave me peace of mind that while a repair needed to be made, it was the correct avenue to take. For over 3 years now, since they first installed my new systems, CANADY’S Heating and Air has been nothing shy of phenomenal. They have an incredible staff beginning with the ladies that answer the phone to the professionals who come in to my home. Making an appointment to fit my crazy schedule is easy. They stay in contact with us and are on time every time. Their technicians keep us informed throughout their time in our home and are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Today – Cory even helped us carry in our groceries from Kroger home delivery.

The crew of guys – Eddie, Slade, Tim and Hunter came out and did a complete new install of ductwork in the crawl space. They got it all done in one day and were happy to answer all the questions I had. Would recommend Canadys for new ductwork! They did great work!
