They were very good about keeping me informed when they would have a service man available, and were very prompt making the appointment. Armando and Shawn were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me appraised of the charges necessary to complete the work as they were troubleshooting. They were very thorough and I appreciated them suggesting the water heater may be set too high, and making the adjustment. They were also very neat and made sure to protect the flooring while they were working. I have seen the Knights Plumbing trucks in our area so I decided to call them. I’m so glad that I did. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful. I described the situation to the office person and she was able to get Victor out to our house shortly after my call. Upon his arrival, he saw that the leak required the water to be fully shut off. Since our neighbors have our water shut off valve, we had to get Public Works out there to shut the water off. It wasn’t until that moment when I was having the most trouble. I was unable to get assistance from Public Works and spent 2 hours trying to figure out what I needed to do. The Knights Plumbing office person was so kind and decided to call me to check up on the status of my water being turned off so that Victor could go back to my house. I was extremely stressed out and she and Victor offered to get the matter resolved themselves. Victor called me back 10 minutes later and had asked the Public Works gentleman that he had currently been working with on a job around the corner from us to stop by our house when he was finished with that job. We are so grateful that they decided to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The Public Works gentleman was also extremely nice and very helpful. He informed us that the leak was not technically an emergency situation and told us we can wait until Monday after the holiday rush to get this matter resolved. Since we really appreciated Victors help, we decided to wait until Monday when we knew Victor could come back. We will definitely be using Knights Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs.By Jessica Andujo (5 months ago)Our tech was early to the appointment even though we called on New Years Eve. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the issues with our previous water heater. He had all of the parts necessary to install a brand new water heater ready in ONE HOUR, and had the work completed in a few hours time. I would highly recommend Knights plumbing. - Reviews:we were referred to RC plumbing, by another plumbing company. The guys that came out were great. I had many issues calling the answering service, asking them to have the plumber guys call me, never got a call back in one week. Got a message (email) from the company saying my appt was cancel had to call answering service they showed that I still had the appt but they don’t know who sent the message. HORRIBLE answering service company. The plumber took my key and now I’m not sure how I’m getting it back since the answering service is horrible. We were very happy. Our appointment was between 11am to 1pm. Our plumber Nick was here at a little after 9 am. I was extremely satisfied. This company has always been good for their service. I have told friends about them, and told them “you will very happy with their prompt service. Thank you Discount Plumbing.
Hot water heater was leaking. They replied quickly , got me an appointment that day and fitted new heater. I was kept up to date on where they were and times. The plumber was professional and friendly.
The cost was in line with others, so I was happy all round. Would definitely use them in next repair.
Carlos arrived and assessed the situation he came back the next day and completed the repairs. He was quick and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Discount Plumbing. The prices were fair for the job.
On 4/19/23 we called Discount Plumbing, Manteca and a service repair man arrived promptly. He reviewed my options, made his recommendations and expertly removed a broken and corroded brass fitting well inside the “t” pipe extention. The faucet was replaced and no leaks whatsoever.
Unfortunately I have forgotten the young man’s name, but he was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He worked very hard as well as rapidly and the result was superb !
