Excellent experience! I was referred to Meares by another plumbing company who felt the job was going to be too big for them. So that tells you something right there if another plumbing company is referring Meares! I only was getting an estimate. But he was very thorough and was able to do figure some things out that the other company hadn’t. So…. kudos to Meares for hiring a great employee. He had a great personality which made a worrisome experience that much easier to deal with. DEFINITELY want him back on the job next time! Thanks, Meares!
Service performed was my annual check up on my hybrid water heater.Service tech. was Johnny Bigger and as usual the service he performed was outstanding. As in past visits John was very pleasant , knowledgeable and answered any Questions I had regarding the operation of my product in terms I understood. Could not expect more , will continue to use Meares and would highly recommend them to others.
Malik and a companion from Merle’s came out gave me a fair quote for a hybrid water tank and flow pump. They installed the unit in a couple of hours and went above and beyond leaving their workspace in an as good or better condition than they found it. Very informative and pleasant to do business with.
Everyone that I had the opportunity to work with at Meares Plumbing was a wonderful experience. From the women that I spoke with on the phone about getting my project done to the tech that came and did the work. I will definitely recommend them and use them if need be for future projects.
