Great experience; great service and felt relieve right away thing I haven’t felt in years or going with multiple doctorsBy Adriana Rios (2 months ago)I went about last week for sciatica pain and he didn’t even help me at all kept talking about I’m hurting from car accidents which is not true I work a labor job and I’m sure that’s why I’m having pain but he was insisting it was a auto accident! Dr. James Vanderloop instantly could tell what was wrong with my spine, didn’t take notes, which is impressive and corrected it. As he corrected my spine he recited every part that was wrong. He joked and made me feel comfortable. My body has been in 2 deployments, Semi-pro mma and construction. Feels 100x better now. Definitely recommend. The girl who worked on me was fast, funny, and so effective. As a plus size woman i cannot Tell you how nice it was to have someone who KNEW i wasn’t Gonna break and how to get my body to relax and then align! She wasn’t afraid to use force effectively! So pleased to have found my new chiropractor. AND you can go into any of the clinics and they’ll have your info! How awesome! Normally I don’t go to a Dr. unless it’s absolutely necessary, because I don’t feel like they really listen or care to really get to the root of the problem, so yea I waited to go see a chiropractor when I thought I couldn’t take it anymore. I am so glad a friend recommended The Joint Chiropractic and they do walk-ins and open on weekends it’s like wow amazing. Then I get there and I didn’t wait long, I thought really what world am I in, and Dr Meek was funny and down to earth, so I paid to go back for the whole next month. But what soured my entire experience was trying to cancel my monthly package of prepaid visits. AVOID THE PACKAGES! It’s best to pay per visit. I tried to cancel by calling then went in and signed a form stating I wanted to cancel in person at the clinic. Which I did only to the charged 3 consecutive month’s. I appreciate the timeliness and the effort to keep me informed of any unexpected long wait time. (Which is very rare) Today I was in and out of my adjustment in 10 minutes. I went in to cancel my plan October 2022. They convinced me to put my account on a freeze where I would not be charged for 3 months, I agreed and signed the freeze contract in person at the Louisiana location. They still charged me for the last 2 months. I called to request a refund and they are claiming my account was never put on a freeze and had no proof of any contract signed. The woman who answered was argumentative and kept telling me to “listen” and then still asked if I would like to put my account on a freeze for an additional 3 months. Why would I do that when they continue to charge you and claim there is no proof. Such a scam! Horrible customer service, would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Additionally, my first visit to the east side location on Wyoming, the chiropractor wore leather gloves and I broke out in a horrible painful rash and could not go in again the entire month I paid for.By Carolyn A (4 months ago)

Dr. Phil Uphold has a genuine gift for healing touch. One of the things I appreciate about this practice is that I don’t have to explain any of my “symptoms,” he just finds the source with his own hands.
This practice takes two appointments to get to his hands at the beginning. They employ a variety of diagnostic systems for your initial assessment appointment.
AAAaaargh! But once you get to his hands, it justifies the process to get there.
I love the network that is happening here. I’m greeted like a known friend and cared for in all ways when I enter the door. I can ask Dr. Phil any question. And my personal vision for my health is supported in every way. I’ve loved the connections I’ve made in this office and respect I’ve been shown by medical professionals. Highly recommend
