  1. I’m an athlete and runs/lifts almost everyday. I had to stop running/lifting because I was experiencing a discomfort/pain in my hip and hamstring. It didn’t get better after a week of no running, so I started going to Lifespring to work with Dr. Justin. He was amazing and very understanding. He was very attentive on helping me get better sooner. He gave me tips/advice on stretches and how to recover quickly. I enjoyed that a lot because then I can take care of myself at home too. After every appointment with him, I feel better and better every time. After a couple weeks, I was able to run again! Thank you!!

  2. Dr. Matt is fantastic! As a wedding photographer, I’ve accumulated ongoing pain in my back and hips from carrying heavy equipment for hours at a time. Dr. Matt was able to address my needs and help me with issues I didn’t even know I was experiencing.

    I’ve been going twice a week for a few months now, and I’ve noticed my posture has improved, weddings are less excruciating, and my recovery time has shortened. Could not recommend more.

  5. Dr. Matt is a magician with his hands. In my first session, I walked away feeling 20 lbs lighter. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the body, and I really appreciated his educative approach as he worked through my various issues. He made connections and intuited things about my body that I had never thought of. Highly recommend!

    As a new patient I was introduced to the traction machine and given a tour and met everyone. The office is in this quaint shopping center with a courtyard that has music playing and places to sit.
    I was especially interested in coming here because they offer cervical traction and not just adjustments. Only time will tell but I’m on a program twice a week to get some help with my neck. I’ll get some X-rays for the chiropractor to see what needs to be worked on. They are a busy practice and because they close at noon, there wasn’t enough time to take any. So in addition to the intro treatment, I’ve so far just had one session of traction and it felt amazing.

    I love Austin Life Chiropractic. I started going in my 2nd trimester, and it really made a world of difference for my pregnancy. My labor and delivery was only 7 hours, and it was my first birth. The staff is AWESOME! The staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They really take care of you. I even got my mother to go, and she loves it as well. I will continue to go and continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

    I’ve been having neck issues for close to 10 years. I didn’t even know you could see chiropractors that’s specialize in upper cervical issues.

    I’m glad I was referred to Austin Life Chiropractic.

    They have been able to help me get updated MRI imaging and gain knowledge about my body and how to heal it that I didn’t know before.

    They are awesome! They truly care!

    Dr. Kris is great!! I was feeling anxious, and he eased my anxieties and explained everything he would be doing. He really listened to me as a patient and was great to work with.
    I usually went when they opened around 9 or 10am and there was never too long of a wait, so this location is super convenient.

    I have been a member at the Joint Barton Creek for almost two years now. The staff and doctors are all top notch and it has helped my overall well being tremendously.

    I am active with Muay Thai and Jiu-jitsu weekly so having extra assistance with joint and muscle issue is a necessity especially with getting older. Dr. Kris is phenomenal and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. It is amazing how more in tune you feel with your body after only a few treatments.

    I highly recommend the Joint Barton Creek for your muscle and joint needs. It doesn’t matter whether you are an active individual or live a more sedate lifestyle they assist individuals of all ages and abilities.

    My family and I have been coming here for 7 years now. We have gotten to know a few amazing chiropractors here, many who have gone to other adventures. We get awesome service here and absolutely recommend this location if you are close to the Barton area. We recommend Dr. Larry, if he is available. He is very personable and knowledgeable, and, most importantly, he gives great adjustments. Special shout out to Teagan, who is always at the front desk with a warm and inviting welcome. He does his job effectively and professionally while still being friendly and social. Our daughter says her favorite part of our visit is getting to talk to Mr. Teagan. Not to invalidate other reviews for this location, but in the 7 years our family has consistently been served here, we have never encountered rude service or inappropriate bedside manner. Definitely reccomend.
