3 months agoThey have an excellent variety of men’s clothing. They also have a Backstage which is their clearance section. Lots of great items. The lady checking us out was super friendly. Love Macy’s!2 months agoThe majority of the store is nicely presented and clean, however the backstage section is horribly kept. The floors are dirty, the fitting rooms smell bad, and it seems as though they don’t put any of the clothes that have been tried on back on the racks. Instead they pile up near the fitting rooms. Some shoe shelves are bare, and the ones that aren’t are mixed sizes regardless of the section they are in.6 months agoMacy’s helped make my Valentine’s Day gift perfect! Most people would think getting your wife a Rocky poster for Valentine’s Day would be I’ll-advised.
Most times, I would probably agree.
But every once in a while, some off the wall (or in this case – on the wall) present takes first place.
We’ve had a lot of struggles over both our lives, with each other, but we’ve always had each others backs.
There couldn’t be a Rocky without an Adrian just like without her, there couldn’t be a me. ????
4 weeks agoVery dirty. Escalator was loud. They have dropped petite sizes entirely. Only one salesperson in shoes and she couldn’t keep up. She was trying very hard to help everyone. The only other staff was in jewelry and cosmetics. I never saw another salesperson in any other department2 months agoWe usually love Macy’s. And still do. But a mistake was communicated on a final sale of an item. I was told the mattress ( final sale not returnable) was a medium soft. When I washed the outer cover when I returned home a tag fell out of the inside of that cover that said it was a firm. Since we can’t return it we are looking for a good memory foam to put on top.

a year agoFirst time came shopping for a couch and found a good variety of styles, fabrics, and sizes. Sadly, I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, so I left empty handed. Next time I was there to shop for a dress for a formal event. So many beautiful dresses to choose from! Well organized by colors. Price points for all shoppers. Dressing room leaves a lot to desire. Clearly the oldest, most ignored part of the store. Flimsy walls. My door had trouble closing. But it provides privacy, so it achieves its purpose. Also want to comment that Christmas is slowly invading the store and it isn’t even Halloween at this time.a year agoWhat an unprofessional, degrading, embarrassing shopping experience at this location. My toddler decided to have a full on tantrum while we were upstairs. I sat in the furniture area to attend to him and diffuse the situation. This unpleasant employee, Lori, walks up to me and asks in an annoying voice if I needed help. I replied by saying no and that I was just letting my toddler’s tantrum phase out. Also, I was checking on my other children to see if they needed anything. She tells me to “Get out” and that I was “bothering other customers” in the store. Proceeds to leave the area as soon as I asked for her name and that I would be calling corporate and her supervisor. Lori also had the audacity to call security on me. I’ve never been so humiliated and degraded in my life. What a piece of artifact you are. Another customer, which you were helping, asked if I was okay. If my child was okay. She had more compassion than you. This employee needs to not be in this type of position. Thanks to Katrina (Jewelry Employee) and Mario (Supervisor) for hearing me out. According to Katrina, this is not the first time Lori is unnecessarily rude to customers. Macy’s, you can do better. – Macy’s AMEX cardholder since 20073 months agoIt is a department store, it is big, it has tons of stuff you need and tons of stuff you do not need. Nice view of the city from the parking lot. All good here. They played Boston on the public soundsystem, that is always a good thing…5 months agoWent looking for a white opaque blouse and found 3 lovely options! Definitely bought more than I came here for! However, my friend needed a nice outfit for a dinner in size XL and came out with no luck, hence why I have it 4 stars – win for me but not for her, and that’s no fun when you’re shopping together.8 months agoKids department is super small. But it’s not there fault. But they have big name brands for the kids.

The store is not looking as messy as it was about 6 months ago. I like the addition of Toys R Us on the second level. Probably not as much as Peanut did.
Actually better than most Macy’s until you dare enter a fitting room. Went here with my wife and the fitting rooms have not been cleaned in a very long time. So nasty if anything touches the floor better to throw in the trash. The clothes piled up are how we found it.
The place is dirty and messy.
Rooms are just nightmare. Feels like nobody cares about making the store clean and nice for customers. Very disappointing.
My wife and I were there to buy perfume and cologne. After a couple of frustrating interactions of trying unsuccessfully to speak to a few sales reps, we were fortunate to meet Donna, who took her time showing my wife several fragrances, and then helped me find the cologne I was looking for. Thank you Donna for helping us have a very pleasant shopping experience!
Once we got someone’s attention to help us, it went smoothly.
I’m all about being yourself, but some employees are hard to look at because of their unique additions of ear gages, facial piercings, etc. to their body. They were very nice, but when the person you are talking to is in their 80’s, they don’t want to hear or see certain things.
Music way too loud, when asked if they could turn it down, at least until we left, the worker did by 2 tapes. I saw what they did & put it down a few more levels. (Know your audience. Elderly with a walker does not want to hear rap with questionable language.) Yes, we did spend money in your establishment, but we will go elsewhere if it doesn’t improve.
