  1. Wow, I wish I had come here before letting these thefts into my home. They came out to look at my unit which, is 4 years so brand new. Told me it was backed up and to drain it would be 1100.00 Sure, I signed up for it. A day later the unit started freezing up. They came back out and told me the motor need to be replaced at 800.00. The next day it was freezing up again. This time they came out and told me there is nothing they can do unless I change all my duck work in my home.
    Now, I still had the leaking and had to daily shop vac water for the pan. The unit froze up again the next day. I am done with this company. I called out another company. The drain line was still blocked, and I have the pipes to show how bad they were. They replaced them and the drain is no longer backing up. It’s been 3 days with no freezing up. They did replace a part add freon and all seem to be working. NO, my duck did not need to be replaced!!
    And I just got a call on 12/03/21 about the estimate for the air duct from John Weiss. They call about the estimate but not about the problem at hand. All they care about is money and ripping people off. I filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They got one star because I could not save unless I select one otherwise it’s no star in my book

  2. The entire process was great! From the first phone call to the completion on my project. Our plumber Rick, was terrific! Very friendly, answered all my questions and finished the job the very same day in just a few hours. Very happy with the replacement of both my toilets. I will definitely use Art again!

  3. My AC stopped working. Since Art installed the AC two years ago, I called them immediately and they arrived the same day. Dispatch kept in contact with me until the tech arrived. Techs Brandon and Carlos (Broward County) were excellent. It wasn’t pricey either. I strongly recommend this place. Update 9/15/2022, The valve to the water heater broke and water leaked. Called This company again since they did an excellent job, They immediately sent Robert. Robert fixed the problem and did an amazing job and his knowledge of the situation was excellent. I strongly recommend this company.

  4. Water leakage from roof has been persistent since it has been installed, and still leaks during heavy rain.
    In summary, the company has failed to provide proper services since initial installation. I have had multiple interactions for issues with the HVAC unit that included multiple instances of water leaks due to improper installation of my roof HVAC unit. The most recent being the fan seems to have stopped working and now claim that the unit is outside of 1 year mark and is not covered for repair and that would lead to labor coat $680 fee.

  5. My parents and I have done business with Arts for years, for they are timely, professional, masters at plumbing and electrical work. Service within 30 minutes ( I was amazed, above and beyond expectations!) Every plumber at Arts, is top notch. Steve took care of my hot water heater and is the best!!! Steve is that exceptional professional…. 5 stars is the highest and I give him 6, if that was possible> outstanding! Friendly, a master at his trade, explained everything clearly and was kind enough to answer all my questions about properly installing a hot water heater ( I do all my installs, usually, but this was more complicated and needed a professional) and gave me an education. Arts has a great ambassador with Steve. Myself being a professor I know a professional, plus an educator when I see one. I can’t say enough great things about Steve and Arts and this is the reason they have my business over the years and will continue to have it.     One of the worse experiences ever! I had a service contract from Air America and always had to push the techs to do a good job. I spoke to Nelson about servicing my units, the tech arrived and immediately started arguing about the request. I had to call American Standard tech support to get him educated and what he was supposed to do and he did not have a clue how to program the air handler. At the end, he removed some cables from the unit and damaged one of the motor connectors. He even wanted to turn on the unit without the cable which I did not allow. He left promising to come back with a new cable hardness and that was two weeks ago. Had to call someone else to fix and they will never be allowed in my house.

    I worked with Frank and the team on a full electrical inspection and electric remodel work. He installed new switches and dimmers, moved existing switches, and helped with new outlets and wiring. He was able to help us identify issues with our thermostat and light fixtures. I feel more secure in my home and glad to have functional lighting in my living space. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. He communicated clearly throughout every step of the process. It was great working with him and everyone!     So, what could I possibly say about one of the most responsive and responsible companies in South Florida? Well, I could use superlatives related to “excellence” but that would get old. Suffice it to say that today, when Jesse arrived, he was efficient, kind, and professional. His demeanor is the kind that other companies envy and his work ethic obviously of high quality.     Our mini split needed cleaning. JR was the best. He put down plastic and vacuumed all the dirt. The unit is working great thanks to JRs perfect touch. I would recommend JR and Air America to friends

    The technician replaced our electrical panel to bring things up to code. Unfortunately, they cut up and damaged the drywall next to the electrical panel, requiring at least $1,000 dollars to repair the drywall. What was most disappointing was the technician didn’t speak with us about the need to cut up the drywall beforehand, so we were shocked at how damaged the wall was. Perhaps this company is good at AC and heating needs, but I would not recommend them for electrical work.

    I do not normally leave reviews for the simple fact I am never fully satisfied with the service provided. However, in this case, I felt compelled to write the following. I was having issues with a newly installed A/C unit and periodically, I find myself having to call a handyman to service it, until I had the fortunate experience of hiring Red. It is an absolute joy to watch someone work and be proficient at what they do. While repairing the unit, he took the time to explain to me, step by step, what’s causing the problem and how he is going to fix it… That’s how adept he is. His fee is very reasonable, he is reliable and understand the concept of providing a five star quality service. He has exceeded my expectation and undoubtedly, not only will I seek his professional service, I am going to refer him to my friends and family.
