  1. Professional and honest service. We tried to fix part of the sewer line, but ultimately had to install a sewage extractor and a new sewer line, in a very rocky area. Charles explained everything thoroughly, walked through the options and we developed a plan together. Hard-working & experienced. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.
    Also, you can give them sweet tea, but it doesn’t change the price. I tried 🤷‍♀️ It does make the day go better though 😁

  2. My experience with Steve Huff plumbing and especially Joshua were very good. He evaluated the work and provided me with several options based on my needs. They did a great job keeping me advised as to when I could expect them and even provided a picture of the person I was to expect. My only complaint was that the overall cost of the job was a little high. Other then that I would recommend them.

  3. Having seen the Steve Huff Plumbing truck at various houses in the neighborhood, I didn’t hesitate in call them and I am glad I did. Everyone I made contact with was polite and courteous. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they called or sent reminders which is always good. I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of Zach B., the responding technician. After a thorough evaluation he explained in detail several options, starting at the minimum needed to repair a small leak at a pipe elbow, to correcting other issues in an old house to meet code. We selected the option that included the replacement of a 24 year old hot water heater that was showing some signs of age. I was amazed when all the work could be done that day with all parts on the truck and assistance from Alden. At the end of the work Zach reviewed all that had been done, showed pictures of under the house work, and I noted the excellent soldering work on all repairs. We were very pleased and opted for a yearly program of inspection which brought with it discounts on parts and labor. I would highly recommend this company.

  4. Steve Huff, plumbing, rerouted and rebuilt the entire plumbing system in my 86-year-old father’s house. Their team got down into the mud and did what it took to make everything functional. They are standing behind this work as evidenced by a free visit to check on functionality of their new installation.

  5. Had a real bad pinhole leak in copper water pipe. Had an appointment for Tuesday 2-7-23 got a call saying they could come out Friday 2-3-23. Of course I said yes. Tech was professional and knew what he was doing. Got a couple of quotes and they were higher than I expected. Triple what I payed my regular plumber for a patch job. Asked if they used Pex pipe and he said he recommended copper. I said alright to his recommendation. $649.00 to patch a small section. I almost said no but it would be another week of emptying buckets and who knows how high my water bill would be. So we payed and got it fixed. It looks like I am in the wrong business

    Xavier did a great job cleaning my laundry room pipe. He and his trainee were very efficient and I even got money back on the original estimate since it didn’t take them as long as expected. They fully cleaned up after themselves too. This was my first time using roto rooter and I am now a customer for life. Don’t waste time shopping around, get it done right the first time.     Destin was incredible. He came out for an estimate same day as my call. Then arrived the following day to resolve my issue. He did a great job and gave us the best recommendation for the issue we had. Everything is resolved. Would recommend their service to everyone I know.

    Guy came and he was nice enough gave me an estimate for $600ish for two toilets to be installed. One went well, but the other toilet didn’t go well. He needed to set some concrete and come back. He said He’d be back the next day, which was a Wednesday. 5 min later he said he’d be back Thursday because they overbooked him. Right before he left he said they overbooked him some more and it would actually be Friday before he could be back. So for three days I had a capped hole in my bathroom. Now I have a toilet that isn’t even fully attached to the floor moves back and forth all the time, and the job ended up costing $1200 by the end. To top it all off he forgot to charge me for $200 apparently, and I get calls from them all the time to pay it. I won’t pay one more red cent until my toilet gets fixed.

    Roto-Rooter quoted us one third of the price that Steve Huff plumbing did. Customer service was excellent. They gave us a prompt quote and got to work right away. Shawn and his trainee were very friendly and communicative. After all was said and done, we did end up getting charged for extra time, but it was worth it. Would recommend.

    I recently bought an older home and needed to have some work done. Austin was polite, courteous, and very professional. I was given a thorough estimate with different options for me to choose from in how and what I wanted to get done today or in the future with the parts and labor clearly labeled. Austin kept me informed throughout the entire process and showed me the different issues he would come across along the way. He worked in 3 different areas to fix 2 of my shower/plumbing issues and when he was done everything was put back together with nothing for me to pick up or clean up afterward. I plan on using this company again in the spring for the items that I did not want to get fixed today and I will be requesting Austin then also.
