  Mr. Anneuris Duran From the company Popular plumbers Services Inc. He is a cheater. He went to my house to uncover it, he charged $120 later at night, the same problem when I call, he doesn’t answer, he leaves a message and we didn’t have to call my phone for him to pick it up, he tells me that to uncover again, what’s left is an additional $80 . I ask him his name and he says it’s Roberto but the receipt shows an A. Duran and he tells me it’s from Antonio when I search the internet his name is Anneuris Duran. Now I do want to know precisely what the problem is: $280 to be able to put a camera in the pipe. Wow, if someone is looking for a plumber in the bayamon area, make sure it is not this company. Better look for another company with experience. In fact, if someone knows of a good honest plumber, they can leave me their name and telephone number. I have no problem with paying, otherwise it is unfair. It is assumed that the problem is over or at least leave a guarantee

  I was on the island for a short time and had already booked an appointment with a competitor. The competitor, “First plumbing corp”, ignored my phone calls and messages the day we were supposed to meet. My flight would leave that same night, I was desperate. Rooters answered my calls promptly and professionally. They scheduled me for same day service and arrived within 3hours. I had needed a certification for my property in order to connect the water with the water company. The process was seamless. I’m very satisfied and grateful to Rooters. Not sure what may have happened with the other clients, but I can say I had a very positive experience with them and would highly recommend them.
