  1. Being a first time home buyer and widow, I have already come across some shady contractors through my Home Warranty Insurance trying to rip me off. I cancelled those appointments and searched reviews for plumbers in my area and came across Cole Services. From the moment I called Cole Services to the completion of the plumbing job, everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person, was kind and professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they will show up when they say they will. No having to wait in a 4 hour window for someone to come out, they told me what time they would show up and did. Having trustworthy individuals in this industry is not always easy to find. I will be keeping them in my contacts for future jobs.   3. Check their Yelp page for honest reviews. This business is a scam. I called them to help provide service on my furnace. They sent an rookie who says they are unable to fix your furnace and that I need to upgrade my furnace. Yes it’s that kind of business. Extremely wasteful to take out a perfectly functioning furnace for the sake of a money making business. Keep your grandparents away from this place- they will take advantage of the vulnerable.

  4. Don’t trust these these guys. I decided to give them a chance to provide me with maintenance service. After cancelling on me twice they showed up and a big show about how old my furnace was. After not providing service, the person recommended I update my furnace. Thankfully, I read other reviews on Yelp before proceeding. This seems to be how they scam people. Instead of fixing the problem, they indicated a bigger problem that is insolvable and suggest you replace the whole thing. Don’t let these snakes in your door. They are not to be trusted.

  5. Our service technician, Zach Boy, provided service way beyond expectations. He patiently explained exactly what he was doing to solve the problem of why our gas furnace was not working. He outlined suggestions and gave different options of how to deal with the problem. He was personable and knowledgeable. If needed, I would have him back in a second. The person in the office who we originally contacted to make the appointment also was friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with Cole Services.

    My gas wall furnace would not turn on even if the thermostat is switched on. Scott Harrison and Bert came in. Scott knows exactly what to adjust but he still told Bert what to look for in order to double check. After making adjustments in the pilot light and checking also the flue for possible blockage, everything looks in good order. A few months ago, Scott also checked the forced-air gas furnace in my other house that was for sale. He wrote in his report that the furnace is very old and is working exactly as designed. This saved me thousands because the house buyer claims that it was not working properly and wanted me to have a new furnace installed. It’s good to have Scoot do the inspection as he has over 40 yrs experience in the business.

    I’ve used Scott Harrison Plumbing many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It has been many years since the last time I used them, but this latest ‘adventure’ proved just as satisfying and with a great and expected outcome. Daniel & Javier came out and did a great job with cutting old cast iron drains in the wall and rebuilding everything. The job was fast and efficient. A small leak was discovered that night and Bert came by to remedy. All these technicians know their stuff and, this is important to me, are not ARROGANT as has been my experience with other tradesmen. All were knowledgable and friendly and I so appreciate their expertise. The finished product is great, so much better drainage than we’ve had in years!!! Kudos (as always) to Scott Harrison Plumbing and the entire crew (oh, and the front office was excellent as well in setting up the appointment and working with me on time!)

    Our home had a wholesome experience with Scott Harrison Plumbing getting our 20+ years old water heater replaced. Was troubled upon finding leak coming from inside and even when water supply was shut off. But call with Shannon was pleasant. Eta and service time was spot on. Bert, our technician, was informative, and his explanations appreciated. We had called for a handful of on-site estimates, and the price points were not too far apart, but Bert left us the most candid (and I put that in the best way) impression. Overall, a painless experience!

    First I called for a quote and spoke with Shannon who was very professional and helpful answering all my questions and taking time to give me the information I needed. I requested a technician to show up at my home and to give me a quote on some work hoping that I could get an appointment quickly. Shannon assured me that she would expedite my request and sure enough Bert, an expert technician showed up at my home within 90 minutes of my call. Bert was very polite and kind while inspecting my tankless water heater and made some very helpful suggestions for improvements along with a quote for replacement. He stayed for a while after he had finished the quote as we discussed other options. All in all I was very pleased with the complete experience and will recommend Scott Harrison Plumbing and Heating to friends and relatives.

    The experience overall and work was great but my only complaint is the pricing. I understand you’re paying for the knowledge no matter how fast they do the job, but 400 dollars to snake a drain in 15 mins is literally highway robbery, and that was after a coupon was applied. My fault for not shopping it with Mike diamond or another plumbing company but my initial understanding was the quote they gave was a possible maximum charge if there was something major that had to be done. Never the less the sink drains now being that it was just a grease stoppage, and they tech was more than courteous, just wish pricing would’ve been better explained so I could’ve made a better choice on what I wanted to do.

    Sasa came to diagnose a blocked pipe and backed up toilet. He was very thorough, nice and informative. He stuck with it until he diagnosed the problem in the main line. He cleared the blockage and set up a return visit for the camera inspection. Sasa really impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism.

    We needed a plumber on New Year’s Day as our kitchen garbage disposal was not working properly which caused the sink to fill and not drain as it should. We called Roto-Rooter and they sent a technician out within the hour. Mike Ortiz was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He trouble-shooted the problem and got the disposal and drainage working properly again. Mike even gave some helpful tips on mesh drain covers. Great work ethic! We definitely will be calling them again as needed.
