  1. I had unexpected Sewage coming up from an abandoned downspout hole that someone years ago attempted to repair with a concrete patch. It was a mess I was experiencing so much anxiety. I called Roto Rooter out to get an estimate for my insurance but I couldn’t explain the situation well enough so Ben came back out and scoped the line and wrote up an estimate. State Farm my insurance company did not add the line coverage so I ended up working with Ben to resolve my anxiety and he was so professional and so understanding he went above and beyond to take care of everything I had to have another drain unclothed today and he sent out Jonathan, and again above and beyond. This service was initially an emergency and this company was A+ 100% effective the entire time. I’m sure I was a bit annoying to these professionals due the stress and anxiety but these guys stayed professional and courteous. Thanks for working this through to the end. Ben thanks so much! And thank Jonathan for going the extra mile.

  2. The plumbers showed up on time. The equipment was delivered just minutes before the plumbers arrived. They worked study and accomplished a lot. The operator on the mini backhoe was very good. He worked in tight corners with no incident. Both men were professional with all their work. They found and repaired an underground broken main water line.

  3. We only use Roto Rooter for our plumbing issues. Though they may be a little more pricey than others, there is typically a coupon online that you can use. This morning we called at 9:15 and they were to our house within 45 minutes. They had our bathtub drain cleared within 30 minutes. They are always prompt and polite and get the job done quickly. We are very grateful for their service. Michael was an outstanding service technician.

  5. I previously left a review talking about how happy I was, I should have waited until the job was done. Your plumbers came out and not only did they not fix the problem, they caused more damage and then told me they could not fix it and left me with sewage leaking into my crawl space. The area that was “fixed” was not properly done so with the correct downfall and I would have continued to have problems. Was this done so I would have to keep calling and have more work done? I had to have another company come out and fix what they broke and fix what they did “fix” all while still being left with a $9,000+ bill from you. I could not believe the pictures that were sent to me, and the issues I could have had with no idea of why. This company absolutely took advantage of me and the panic I was in, this was a lesson to always get a second opinion. In the words of the plumber that actually fixed the issues “You should be ashamed of yourselves”

    I had a valve in my basement break which caused a leak. I scheduled my appointment online with ease. I scheduled it for next day due to timing conflicts, but I could have scheduled same-day about two hours out if I wanted to. The technician did arrive later than my scheduled window, but someone from Roto-Rooter called me within my scheduled time frame to let me know of the delay and allow me to reschedule if I needed to. My technician, Darren, was knowledgeable, professional and quick.

    Jerry arrived on time, was able to assess what needed to be done, explain the process and the potential risks, and presented us with straightforward pricing. He was quickly able to clean our plugged drain and help explain how to prevent it from clogging again. He left the work area clean and insisted on wearing shoe protectors while in the house.     Jerry was super helpful. He came out on short notice, identified the location of my clog quickly, and talked me through everything he was doing. He also answered a bunch of random questions I had about my house’s plumbing. He even gave me a spare flange ring for a toilet replacement that I am attempting to handle on my own! 10/10, would do business with again!

    Darren did an incredible job in working in 3 bathrooms in my home. He was thoughtful, patient and persistent in his efforts to restore usage of two toilets and full repair of bathroom leaking faucet.     The day I submitted the request online, Nick, who has worked at our home on a previous request last year, texted my cell phone that night and asked when he could be there. That felt like awesome customer service, though I certainly wouldn’t expect that normally or from any other company. Nick came out the next day and cleared the clog and gave us some options for a more permanent fix. He’s just a real and personable guy, and the prices had dropped from last year, so it was an easy choice to have Roto-Rooter do the repairs. Two days later (as scheduled), another team came out to put the first patches in and some concrete work, as well as a descaling. These guys were great, although I can’t remember their names (sorry guys!). When they were finished they explained that another crew would be out the next day to finish up. The next day, another gentleman (sorry, I can’t recall who!) came out to jet the pipe. Dom and Tim arrived shortly after and completed the job. They were awesome! They gave me details of the fix and then before I knew it, they were all finished. Everyone involved knew exactly what needed to be done and they all did it professionally, cleanly, arrived on time and finished on time, and were just some really great guys. We’ll continue to call on Roto-Rooter for a long time whenever we need sewage work, and great service to boot!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a severe plumbing emergency. RotoRooter gave me a 4 hour window during which they would arrive. With only 20 minutes remaining in the arrival window a tech with zero customer service skills called to inform me that I needed to reschedule for another day. I could have had someone else come out and resolve the issue by now. Because you’ve wasted 4 hours of my time, now it’s too late.
