2 weeks agoOUTSTANDING customer service! My family and I moved here from TX and were scammed by another management company and left in 2 U-Hauls and a hotel. Desiree and Abby were SO QUICK to help us out. Like HELPED us, worked late and the weekend to ensure we got a place that was safe and clean for my kids. I honestly have not met more determined individuals to get someone placed out of kindness and not a bonus. I highly recommend using them and experiencing the top quality assistance I did. I want to also recognize Cody for his help and willingness to assist in anything we needed. Overall a wonderful experience to finish off a hellish out of state move. They turned our whole month around. We will be using them again!! Ashley has been so helpful and wonderful on any maintenance request. Had a water issue she had someone out and the issue fixed in 48 hrs! Saved my kids from the heat!! Great people.a month agoWe recently moved in to one of their properties, and upon moving we discovered a couple minor problems, such as a leak and a few other things and they were quick to send over a crew to fix the issue. Ashley kirks was the lovely lady that helped us set up the maintenance appointment and she was incredibly kind and fast to resolve our issues.2 weeks agoSo happy with my experience with this company and a big shout out to Rikkee for finding me just what I was looking for! Also great job to maintenance for getting out so quickly to fix the alarm system! Definitely will recommend!a month agoI am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the fence repair the I recently sought. I live next to a property that this company manages and their lack of effective communication, professionalism and sense of urgency has appalled me. It took Danielle Lewis one month to give me an estimate as to how much it will cost to repair the fence. I talked to her over the phone this morning and she told me that repairing the fence was not an emergency so they put me on the backend of their “emergency” repair list. I express to her how urgently I needed for the fence to get fixed in May because I have a dog and I am afraid that my dog will be jumping from fence to fence because the other side of this rental property does not have a fence. The owner who owns the rental property is unwilling to repair the fence because the other person next to his house will not share the fence cost. However, this company is advertising this rental property next to mine as “it has a fence” when in reality the other side is completely missing. I have lived in my house for almost 3 years and the people who have rented this property next to my house never last. After experiencing first hand their poor treatment I can completely understand why the lessee’s never last. The lackadaisical attitude displayed by the service provider left me questioning their commitment to their customers and the quality of their workmanship. It is disheartening to encounter such lack of dedication in a service that should prioritize customer satisfaction. While I understand that businesses may face varying demands, it is imperative to communicate these challenges effectively and treat each customer with equal importance. Danielle Lewis never once told me that the contractor who was giving me the estimate was behind due to all the storms nor did she told me that my fence repair was not an emergency. In conclusion my experience with getting my shared fence repair service has been immensely disappointing. The dismissive attitude towards my request, coupled with the excessively delayed estimate, has left me with little confidence in their ability to provide reliable and efficient service. I hope that my feedback will prompt the service provider to reevaluate their practices and strive to improve their customer service standard.June 26th UPDATE I have not received an apology as to how this company treated me. Yes I received an estimate that took a MONTH to receive but I will not be doing business with someone who told me that my issue was not an emergency. I spoke to Danielle Lewis on Friday June 23rd and she told me that my issues was not an emergency so I contacted other companies and as of today my fence is fixed because of me.Danielle Lewis also told me that the other neighbor who is on the other side of the property did not wanted to go 50/50. I spoke to him and he was told 2 years ago that the owner of the rental property will put up the panels if he put up the post which costed him $180. It’s been 2 years and no panels are up.
2 months agoI moved to one of there properties in Bluff Creek OKC. It has been a nightmare. I was told by the agent to record everything that needed to be fixed and I am still waiting. I have been here for almost a year and I did a two year lease. and there is a lot to be done. I thought it was going to be a good experience but it has been a nightmare. The home I living in I guess the owner decided to put the dryer vent in the attic and according to the building inspector that goes against building code. For the rent I pay and the home they were advertising that’s not what I got. Please make sure you check out this company and there homes it is not always what they advertise My lease and contract was breached when I step foot in my new rental rhat I live in now. I have lived in OKC going on 3 years now and my rental experience has been a nightmare. I am Just wondering if this is the way they treat people that are not from Oklahoma I was really excited about this home at first, I am working with great people that have helped me out and have direct us to the proper people who deals with agency that does not work or rent in Good Faith. Be careful when renting with Homeworx and All County Homes. To who ever wrote this reply. I am still waiting, this company Homwox couldn’t figure out how to put the filter on the furnace so now Ihave two filter and when I spoke to someone in the office, I was told to look it up in Google the furnace is a 1976 my duct for my room have collapse i dont get heat or AC. We are all breathing lint from the vents of my dryer because it hooked in the attic. So please who ever writes these reviews don’t lie. I also asked who is my property manager I was told I need to talk to the leasing agent. So why is thee owner paying this company if I don’t have a property manager Ican communicate with, All I am asking is to live in a safe environment. But they are quick to collect rent and not fix anything. They made me believe that everything would be fixed I was sold a broken Dream broken contract n home. They want you to live in a unsafe environment without any complaints, because then you are the bad tenant because you want to live desend. So please be Truthful to your renter.

a week agoIf I could give this company negative stars I would!!! We have used them for over 2 years as a leasing agent for one of our properties and have had nothing but issues. We have a wonderful tenant and they have treated her terribly, we found this tenant ourselves because they were not making any progress and then they expected us to pay their full fee. A fee was added to the monthly rent paid by the tenant for HVAC filters which they never changed. The last two months they shorted us on our portion of the rent (their fee is netted from the gross) and did not notify us of any changes. I do NOT recommend their services.4 months agoWe had numerous major maintenance issues in our year lease with fidelity. One being a slab leak issue that left our family with a newborn without water for multiple weeks and we had to physically go to fidelity’s office to get it resolved. We couldn’t use the restroom, we had no running water to make bottles for our newborn, and Jacob refused to handle it until we had to threaten to report to OSDH, HUD, or the housing commission of Oklahoma. We were also left without hvac for multiple weeks during the height of summer without any offers of a temporary fix even knowing we had small children in the home.. we ended up spending $450 on fans and window inits just to keep our rental livable. Upon move out, we were contacted by both Kris and Faye. Faye was advised the weekend we moved that all our family would require was the weekend to move the majority of our things privately before the house was shown. Faye continued to harass our family even after being advised about us just requiring 2 days to move our property out, insisting that a Sunday at 5:30-6 was an appropriate time for them to enter the home we were still moving out of (a month before our lease even ended) while we had a 2 year old and newborn in the home still. We got all of our belongings out of the home well before our lease ended and we’re still being contacted by Faye. She was advised that we could leave the keys on the counter since she was so very desperate to have us out of the home and she responded with “that sounds great!” Yet Kris started messaging us and saying the keys need to be dropped off to fidelity directly (after keys had already left for several days at the advisement of their leasing agent) or we would face charges.. when we explained the conflicting information, Kris said that he does not communicate with leasing agents and that the company does not have a copy of the homes key. We know this to be a blatant lie as we have video recording from our home security system of him and Jacob entering using their own copy of the key and the fact that Faye stated she had the ability to enter without us being present to show the home while we were still in our lease. In 12 years of being renters, we have never once had such an unprofessional and unorganized experience with a realty/leasing agency and fully intend on initiating litigation against the company if charges are truly incurred over their own shortfalls and lack of communication as a company. We are a quiet family, who took care of the property, always paid on time, and had several broken promises from Fidelity on top of the frustrations voiced in this review. I will vehemently advise anyone against renting or buying a home from this company.a month agoUpdate:6/27: If I could give 10 stars, I would. Our A/C went out. We put in a maintenance request. The next day, Fidelity notified us that an A/C company would come out to see what’s wrong. The A/C company came out the SAME DAY. The company notified Fidelity and the owner of the home that the A/C unit needs to be completely replaced. We had a new A/C unit within less than 48 hours. After a year from my first review, we are still amazed. Hands down the best company to rent with!!! Thank you all again.
I want to take the time to say Fidelity is a GREAT company. It is very rare to find a property management company with great, overall service. Shelly Jeffers and Jessica Brunner’s customer service is top tier. I’m so impressed. Both ladies are amazing!! There were a few issues upon moving into the home but let me tell you.. their turn around time has me shook in the best way! so quick to respond omg!. A huge kudos to maintenance as well for being just as amazing :). I’m excited to see what’s in store for the future! Thank you Fidelity!
5 months agoJessica with Fidelity has been the BEST. So accommodating, kind, and quick! We are so grateful to work with her & Fidelity!11 months agoHighly recommend! They’ve been wonderful to work with and have made our 1st rental property stress-free. Jacob, Endrit and the whole Fidelity team are top notch at communicating with us. Have recommended Fidelity to friends and they love them as much as we do.

in the last weekMy family and I were in a tough spot and needed to move quickly. We had just days. I contacted Keyrenter and the team was beyond helpful. Both Yoni and Walter helped so much with giving me info. I am truly grateful and thankful for everything they have done for my family and me.in the last weekWe had the pleasure of renting a property for a year through Keyrenter. When issues came up, they responded promptly, and their repair person was always capable and pleasant to deal with. Everyone in their organization was marvelous!in the last weekI love Keyrenter! We’ve rented 2 properties from them. Caleb and Matthew are the most terrific, responsive, and accommodating individuals in the business. Ask for Walter!3 months agoI have been a tenant since July 2022. My property manager is Katy. She was great to work with in the beginning prior to moving in. When I came to view the house she reassured me that the house wasn’t cleaned yet however it would be before I officially moved in. Well, that never happened. My daughter and I clean the whole house while my sons moved boxes into the garage. The house was moldy throughout. I found a frozen pizza in the freezer that expired back in 2021. The refrigerator was moldy as well. Bathrooms were moldy. Carpet was stained in every room. I am highly allergic to cats and this house had cat dander, cat litter, and fur everywhere!!! I immediately told Katy about this and nothing was done! Per our lease and the tenants right act, they have 30 days to fix the mold issue….as of today 5/2/23 they have not fixed it. Fast forward to various moments of this year lease, there has been many maintenance requests that she dropped the ball on and blatantly forgot or order parts. Our furnace froze up- I told her and her boss-Caleb immediately and soon found out Kaity never put in the request to send someone out even though she said she did. She did not! So my children and I spent a few nights in this home with outside negative zero degree temperatures. Many vendors have told me- they don’t know why they get called out due to her lack of communication to them verbally or on the actual work orders. I have on many occasions spoke to her boss- Caleb as well as his boss- Emily in regards to the house being unclean and moldy as well as Katy’s lack of effectiveness in her communication skills. Nothing ever changes. The straw that broke my back for lack of better words was when, my rent payments were not being posted and late fees were being charged. I constantly have to tell this company to not only post my rent payment to my account but to clear any late fees that have hit my account because of their lack of urgency! After all, it is MY credit and rental report they are messing up not THEIRS! These are just a few of the major issues I have had! I have had vendors and Keyrenter actual maintenance guy- one specifically tell me I was a liar- even though I have repeatedly told Katy about gas leaks or water leaks…this company and their vendors are a joke! They are disrespectful, disgusting, and most importantly don’t take accountability for their actions or in management’s case their employees actions or lack there of! Please do yourself a favor and stay away! By the way, I have recordings, emails, and text messages to support my words! Don’t let Keyrenters tell you different.a month agoHad 3 different people manage my own property within Keyrenters, and each one was very unresponsive and acted as if we were a hassel to help.We had multiple maintenance requests submitted that we didn’t get responded to and never got resolved. We were only in there Management for 4 months as well. The simple fact that the reply to this review was what it was says enough. I have a record of messages sent to management for the property we are in that were not responded to for weeks. You did fix rent that was posted for the property even tho you don’t manage the property anymore. I shouldn’t have had to even message you all about it because you don’t manage the property anymore. Unresponsiveness was while I was actually being managed by you all, not today.
