I want to thank Sarah, a lovely and caring young lady. While going through her line I told her it was my birthday and no one had bought me a cake so I was buying my own. This is usually not the Kroger I’d prefer to shop at but I went today(Friday 23rd) and the cashier Ronald was very nice. And also the lady bagging the groceries. I appreciate the great customer service.
Store Cashier David is mad weird & racist. Profiling & watching me as I’m trying to purchase food. I spent $100 & left one item with another cashier. Soon as I walked away he ran over to them & said something about me I’m sure wasn’t true. DAVID belongs in a scary movie & pants are all the way up his white crack. Black people I know y’all feel weird in Jefferson. Publix across the street is way better. Kroger is unfinished & barely diverse.
Acceptable selection for the only major grocery store in the area aside from the addition of a Publix across the street. However this Kroger seems to go though major renovations every six months. Just pick a layout.
Not as bad as it used to be. They’re remodeling the entire store, so nothing is in the same place anymore. The store manager is a great guy. He’s ALWAYS on the floor working.
