2 months agoI went to shop at Kroger. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the moment I entered the store until I checked out, I found several aspects worth mentioning about my visit.First and foremost, I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store. The shelves were neatly stocked, and the aisles were adequately labeled, making it easy to navigate through the store and find what I needed. The overall layout was well thought out, making it simple to locate different sections and products without feeling overwhelmed.
Furthermore, I observed that the store had a wide variety of products to offer. From fresh produce to everyday essentials and specialty items, Kroger seemed to have it all. The quality of the produce was fresh, and the selection of organic options was particularly commendable. I appreciated being able to find everything I required in one place.
One aspect that stood out to me was the customer service I received. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and ready to assist. They seemed knowledgeable about the store’s offerings and were willing to answer any questions I had. It’s always reassuring to know that there are helpful individuals readily available should any issues arise during shopping.
Moreover, the checkout process was both quick and efficient. The only reason from my rating is the occasional instances of long checkout lines. While it wasn’t a major inconvenience during my visit, it can be frustrating if one is in a hurry. However, given the overall positive experience, I believe this minor drawback can be overlooked.

in the last weekEverytime that I go to the customer service desk it is closed because of staffing issues . However when I go to a different Kroger they don’t have this issue. Could it be that the manager is hard to work for or just trying to save money I don’t know but I will start going to Walmart.5 months agoSo sad that the friendliness has gone from this location. Went there and stood in line at the office. Another older lady got in line behind me. No one at any point said it was closed. We stood there. Finally I asked the uscan person if it was closed. She looked at another lady and she said yes. I said that a sign saying so would be nice. Rude rude rude. I will change my location to the one off smokey road.3 months agoEvery time I go there the deli closes early. It’s always understaffed and when you walk up they take forever to finish whatever chore they’re doing and practically ignore you. Terrible service. Terrible And the prices here are so high. They bait and switch with these digital coupons that take a PHD to figure out. If a business is going to charge so much, they should have exceptional service. But at this Kroger they are always understaffed, all for profits sake I’m sure. Poorly managed2 months agoIn a world where customer service has gone underground, my experience today was a low. I needed a product on the top shelf, where there was a note “If you need assistance, ask an associate for help”. So I did. And he informed me he wasn’t tall enough. That noone was tall enough and pointed to a customer in line and suggested I ask him to help me. What? Geez. C’mon, Kroger, seriously?

in the last weekThis Kroger has some issues. They need to bring back Shop and Scan because it’s convenient for a lot of people. About the time they got rid of Shop and Scan, they added a bunch of new security barriers at the entrances. This makes it feel like you’re not trusted, and it makes it feel like you’re in prison. This location also stocks more Kroger branded items/foods than name brand items/foods. The back of the building has LED lights blown out, and there is all kinds of junk behind the store that needs to be cleaned up because it looks awful. It will be so refreshing and nice when the new Meijer Grocery Center opens up across the street because that means Kroger won’t have control of the area anymore.2 weeks agoNever thought I’d review a grocery store, but the staff needs 5 stars. Always friendly, always helpful. Specific shout out to John who was stocking tonight, saw me having a hard time finding something, asked if he could help, then ran to the back to get me what we needed.2 months agoI have ordered pickup, or went inside many times! This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. The people listened and cared.. I’ll never go to another pharmacy. I’m thrilled to find this store – customer for life!in the last weekI enjoy this clean and well kept store. Fresh meat and is always being stocked. 👍🏻

Angie at the fuel station is a ray of sunshine. She hosted my daughter & I proudly down her aisle of cooler snacks & drinks like we were in some high-end boutique. You made our day, Angie! Shine on. ☀️
Nice store. Other than not always having everything in stock, acceptable and pleasant place to do my marketing. Today there were plenty of cashiers. Have been to the store when every station is self checkout. Bad, very very bad. Lines to check our have reached the back of the store!! Will no longer go there later in the evening.
Only 2 checkouts open during the busiest time.. mid day on a Sunday. On the board it was saying 30min wait to check out! People were lined up everywhere they could stand. Just waiting in droves while more people were coming in the store appearing shocked and frightened by the crazy long lines. I normally shop Costco & Aldi… This visit did not convince me otherwise. I was horrified for the poor few employees they did have working. It must have been all the more rough on them 😕
Deli I am talking to you. One person working on Sunday is just deplorable. I can’t imagine the stress on this poor woman. Plus I’m wasting my Sunday standing here. I would just order online and pick it up but the service is perpetually broken. No shade on the deli workers themselves- esp the one lady who is just a super star. Otherwise the store in general is pretty good.
We have a full shopping cart of mostly frozen food. $200+. There is a long line with ONE check stand open. We have too much to try and use the self checkout. Most of the food won’t be frozen by the time we get to the front. This is ridiculous!!! You guys aren’t even busy.
