2 weeks agoVariety of different grocery products as well as kitchen and home appliances and stuff. Like doing the groceries at Kroger’s, since I know well that I will get here what I need and at reasonable prices.9 months agoClean location. Employees very helpful. Always busy. Recently updated and this Kroger seems to always have more n stock than the others. Particularly when it comes to the meats!3 months agoToday was the worse experience I’ve had here at Kroger. I come here very often and the other staff were very nice but today I’ve encountered someone extremely rude; even the vibe she gave me the first time I walked in were not very welcoming and I feel that the situation was rationally motivated.I came today with my mom for a personal Matter and we happened to be at the exit waiting area and the lady didn’t even bother to ask us what she can help us with , we realized that we were in the wrong place after another we saw costumer came from the entrance area. Long story short she gave us a whole lot of attitude( we don’t mind tgat at all) at first I tried ignoring it because it could just be her face or she probably have a bad day, but after my mom walked out to take a phone call regarding our reasoning for coming there , she rudely said “ she need to get off her phone , and come here “with a angry tone and she sounds like she’s ordering us“which she could’ve said it in a professional way. It was our fault for not letting her know about the info at first but that doesn’t justify her behavior. She could been more professional instead of being rude about things.and “She needs to work on her customers service!!!!!4 months agoMy car was struck by a stray cart in the parking lot resulting in damage. After waiting a month for their claims department to respond, they told us they are not liable for the damage in their parking lot. A friend of mine had this happen at Food Lion and Food Lion cut a check for the damages. I have been a loyal customer for years but will no longer be going to any Kroger. I hope no one else has to go through this.3 months agoGreat place to shop. Just wish they had more organic and Gluten free items to purchase.

3 weeks agoGood products from different brands at reasonable prices. Good spot to do the groceries. Nice and quick service with self-service scanning cashier.2 months agoI’m always impressed by the selection, variety, cleanliness, value, and freshness of the products here at Kroger. I do almost 100% of my grocery shopping at Kroger. The Kroger brand products are always a strong rival to any brand name product in the store. The friendliness of the employees also keeps me coming back. Thank you Kroger for making grocery shopping a pleasure.3 weeks agoI use to love shopping at Kroger, but for months now every time I go there are ZERO CASHIERS!! Your customers ring their groceries and bag them ourselves while employees stand around doing nothing. Literally! Why have you changed so much that it is such an aggravation to check out?? Those self check out machines mess up constantly for no reason at all doubling the time it would take me to check out with a cashier. I’m honestly sick of it and think it’s time to find a new grocery store who still believes in taking care of their customers instead of treating us like we do not matter! So frustrating!!3 months agoHad a pricing error on a product. Annoying, but the cashier was able to fix it.a month agoJust got scammed here at Kroger with a fake coupon from Krogers. Got a coupon to spend $20 and get $5 off on a certain brand while shopping at Kroger. Returned to the same Krogers to use coupon and was not getting the $5 off so spoke with an employee/ attendant and was told that I would receive the $5 as a printout coupon after I pay. So I did and DID NOT receive any coupons. Afterwards the employee told me there was nothing they could do.Giving a customer a coupon that doesnt work is a SCAM. By giving a coupon KROGER is promising the customer something in return for coming to said business and patronizing that establishment. Furthermore, once there and said coupon is not working your instructions at self-checkout to continue and pay to receive the benefit when there is no benefit is a deceptive business practice. At self-checkout we the customers are not professional register operators and look to employees for direction when issues arise.
I feel tricked into shopping at Krogers to day. This is very disappointing. I have been shopping at Krogers around the country for over 40 years. This is the kind of business conduct one would expected from Walmart not Krogers. How many people who trust Kroger has Kroger done this to?

My main place for groceries. It’s constantly upgrading. There is a Starbucks and a branch of BB&T bank plus a small bit descent wine shop. It’s a one stop solution for me. Only complaint is they are not Vegetarian friendly. The health food selection is sub par.
Since this post 2 years ago the health food section has great lunch improved. The store has gotten even better except for one aspect. The customer service staff. Since Im this business I noticed a complete failure on this end. Rude, no manners and can be just hateful for asking a simple question. The first 2 times I over looked it because everyone has a bad day. But this happens every single time for at least a year. So I have to take away on that note
Clean store, slightly more expensive than Walmart and friendly employees. We also enjoy their hot foods, variety of salads (Broccoli salad is a fav) and sushi ready made. Quick grabs for lunch or an easy and convenient dinner.
Kroger employs a lot of fine people, but I want to express gratitude to the wonderful assistant at self-checkout on Riverside Drive in Bowling Green, KY. Her name is Robbin, and she is ALWAYS unfailingly kind and helpful. No matter how hectic the pace gets in those checkout lines, she projects a marvelous attitude. I have encountered her many times, and she I want her to know that she is noticed and appreciated!
11 self check outs and two full service isles that are 4 deep. I don’t work here! Open more lanes!
While the pick up service is fast and convenient, please train the pick up crew to pick fruits and vegetables better. Everything we received was either molded or grew mold within a day of having it.
