3 months agoOne lane open. The checker is probably in her 80s. Customer service desk is closed at 6:00 p.m. I am so glad this isn’t my usual store.a month agoI went specifically to buy crab legs with an electronic coupon, but was having trouble getting it to work at the self-serve checkout. Always fresh4 months agoThe store is always clean and in order and has helpful employees however the parking lot often times has glass and sometimes other debris and is in need of a good power wash cleaning and lane repainting to give the store a fresh new drive up appeal.7 months agoThis is the lettuce I was given in my grocery pickup order on 1/24/23. Brown, expired, and harvested over a month ago.

3 months agoI have noticed a lot of my items have to be returned due to EXPIRED food at this location. On this same receipt I had to return the Betty Crocker Sheetpan seasoning. I let that slide because I was thinking okay it was the last box on the shelf. Well today I decided to snack on my Craisins. I purchased these on April 07 2023. Why is the expiration date Dec 03 2020. I noticed the taste was funny which prompted me to look at the date. Kroger you need to do way better. I have returned at least 4 items with expiration dates 6 months past the dates. Kroger’s you should go through all your store items and check for expired dates. This is unacceptable.3 weeks agoThere in store prices never match there ads, when you confront them about it they give stupid answers.they have no customer service skills what soever. they don’t seem to care about customers at all. This location used to be good to shop but have gone downhill horribly. No longer a customer after shopping here for over 20 years.a month agoThe most horrible grocery store I have ever been to. They either need to close the store or hire better people to lead and maintain the store. The staff is rude, inconsiderate and hateful. They do nothing to help customers with their needs. Love how friendly the whole store is. No complaints on there. I just wish they would clean the area where fresh produce is. Please clean my local Kroger store fresh produce area. It was really nasty. Then water comes out to water the produce which is great but the water is hitting all that nasty gross stuff and all I thought of is E. coli or something to get me and my family sick. So I purchased lettuce that was in a container. Wasn’t about to take my chances.
FAIRLY KEPT ESTABLISHMENT! GO IF YOU NEED DECENT FRUITS AND VEGGIES. EXPENSIVE! I only go here when I can’t get items in my immediate vicinity, like fruits, vegetables, and my annual car inspection. It’s not a well kept store and the condition and service fluctuates depending upon the day. Lot’s of unruly customers (which in all honesty, Kroger can’t control), but there is little no no security in place to mitigate any instances. Such a shame that you have to go to North Dallas, Rowlett, or Forney just to find a decent place to shop. Kroger should invest better in their decrepit facilities like this one.

Most employees here at this Kroger are friendly and helpful but there’s one lady in deli.. Tanya ..who is not esp when comes to helping customers or even answering simple questions. She talks ghetto, rude! Even when you speak kindly to her.She’s talked that way to me twice and I’ve heard her talking to another employee about another customer very badly. 0% good customer service from her. Makes me not want to go there cuz I feel like I need to avoid that entire section of store..deli… just to avoid her. No one deserves to be treated like trash. We all work hard for money we spend there. I’ve been goin there for almost 20 years now. Have thought about going to another Kroger even. Sad. She must not need her job to be like that all the time. I get one in while we have bad day but that’s ridiculous to always be like that to customers. Update*6/5/23.. same rude lady in deli. Name is Tanya.. can’t answer a question without a nasty remark. Asked another employee who asked her the question and the other employer has to tell her to calm down cuz of Tanya nasty answer. Really Kroger manger there’s plenty people who can do her job and be better at it and customer service!!! She is not worth losing business for!! Customers are what keep you in business and her having a job. She and y’all need to realize that.. ASAP!!
They FINALLY HAVE SCANNERS IN THE SELF CHECK LINE!!!! Until now, this has been my main complaint, but that has now been remedied.
This is my go-to shopping place. It can get crowded, busy at times, but overall, not bad.
