5 months agoMacy’s is such a classic store! Very clean and aesthetically pleasing!! They even have a awesome Toys R Us Setup!!a week agoThe only reason I give this a 4 star and not a 5 is the selection..yes I get everything is online now..but I’m 41..I’m used to in store shopping..the selection for my 14 year old daughter in the junior section was literally ok at best..the men’s section for Nike was good..the staff was so nice and helpful..they are literally the best..I will always come here..just wish there was better stuff for girls junior clothes..other than that it’s greata month agoWent in to get my watch resized and Gabriel was a huge help! He took lots of time and care to fix my watch to the appropriate size and it was much appreciated. I cannot remember the names of the two women who helped me after, but they also were so incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you Macy’s Fine Jewelry!4 months agoI went to Macy’s and I realized how much things have changed, customer relations, customer service, and personal interactions with patrons. No individual Heads of department, no one to assist you if you have a merchandise question. I even went to the dressing room without assistance (generally unheard of) There are central purchase stations, I suppose on each floor, even though I went from the second floor to the first floor to pay for my items from lingerie 🤔 ! Before having to search for the department, and not finding any employees to ask. Unfortunately, I understand why a lot of stores are closing, work ethics have changed, we are at a loss, the retirees, are back in the work force we need our younger generation to step up. Sorry I got off the subject of Macy’s, but the store was well stocked with great fashions, be prepared for an adventure. Good luck, good shopping.3 months agoThis location was decently cleaned and from what I saw pretty well staffed. It was a busy Saturday and they did a great job having items stocked, aisles cleared of clutter. Overall not a bad visit at this location. Keep up the great work y’all!!!

a month agoSeems like they are keeping this location a little neater than in the past, which is a good thing. One issue I have is that the sales staff goes on and on about the store credit card. I always tell them (politely) “no thank you” because I don’t do credit cards, and they just keep on about all the benefits. I completely understand that they are instructed to do this, but some of them aren’t as friendly if you insist on “no thank you” being your answer. I increased a star based on the appearance of the store, as I said it’s improved.4 months agoI travel frequently for work and always stop at whatever Macy’s is nearby for gifts for my family. I was home in Ohio, and took my Mother to the Summit Mall Macy’s on 05/03/23, fully prepared to buy her whatever she wanted for her Mother’s Day gifts. I was so disappointed at how downhill this location has become. The staff members in the cosmetics/perfume section were all huddled together talking and laughing. I had to ask 2 staff members to help me sample perfumes, that they didn’t even have. Every perfume I asked about, they did not have, and the few testers they did were old, or empty. They did however attempt to get me to blind buy scents that were in gift sets. We also went to the shoe section where 2 staffers were walking around holding food, shopping for themselves! There was no one available in the purse section either. So I took my Mother instead to the Coach store where she recieved the best attention and help. She picked out several items and was pleased at how kind the Staff associates were.4 months agoI had a five star experience with Linda in shoes. She was friendly and helpful. She smiled the entire time that she was assisting me and my cousin. It was refreshing to have a sales associate help me with a pleasant demeanor. Linda is an asset to the shoe department.2 months agoI love this Macy’s they have good prices with good brands, employes are respectful and helpful the cashiers girl are awesome explained everything and offers everything with the then, what great customer service thank you🥰4 months agoOne thing I know for sure is you cant beat their prices with great quality clothing. Customer service there is amazing all the staff is super friendly and more than willing to help you find all ur needs.

Macy’s has been around for ever. Beautiful clean operation . Great place for gifts and clothes that have quality. However , wait for coupons and deals because you can get anywhere from 30-50% off.it’s a great location Covid affected the mall but slowly people are returning.
Nice and clean location. They usually have a nice selection of purses! I prefer their backstage section!
I have been ordering dresses online for my son’s upcoming wedding and I did finally settle on one but I have returned items several times and every time I was in and out in minutes and the people who waited on me were friendly and fast.
One of my favorite stores. I went to get ONE freaking thing and this is what I left out with. Oh well guess I’ll go and get me a margarita or two lol
