2 weeks agoA one stop shop, can get most of the items I need including a limited choice of wearing apparel. Great fresh fruit and hot quick meals. Loved the baked goods area. Can find almost everything I need.3 months agoMy experience at Kroger was great the staff was super friendly, polite, and helpful. The only thing I had a slight issue with was they were out of a product I was looking for. I’m sure it was restocked the next day so it wasn’t a very big deal and I will continue to shop here for the foreseeable future.a month agoBeware of online grocery pickup at this location! Got a refund for a couple of incorrect items after returning. Mistakes happen, but the truly bad part is finding other items the following days/week that were 3 weeks or a month expired before our pickup date. Put a few more items that were moldy in containers. Check your items before you leave grocery pickup.a month agoA very nice and kind woman works as a supervisor there, Amy Thank You for being so kind to me with finding my 4yr old grandaughter’s little bear purse she and lost there, she cried n cried 😢, it was so sad. So I called and talked to Amy,, and she said yes she had it in there list n found and she put my name n number, I sure went there to get it and surprise my 4yr old grandaughter, so the lady that works at this kroger AMY,, on Shore Dr , near little creek,, Thank You for being so kind,, you’ve made a little 4 yr old girl very happy, Thank You Amy, ,, Gloria R3 months agoHorrible experience! No romain lettuce and it’s the second time I’ve gone in to get some. There were 6 employees hanging around in the produce area right where the watermelons were in a huge box just talking and doing nothing as I was trying to pick a watermelon out and not a one of them would move, I had to say “excuse me” 3 to 4 times to get to the melons. Then when I got home and cut the watermelon open it had some sort of nasty black stuff throughout. When I checked out I gave the bag person a freezer bag specifically asking him to put all my frozen stuff in it; and he acknowledged he would…but as I finished checking out I noticed that did not happen; and last but not least he put the watermelon on top of a bag of chips and a bag of cookies!

Recommend him a raise!a month agoKroger is a nice supermarket. They have 3 in the Virginia beach area including a super Kroger. The fruits and vegetables are awesome and the dessert section is good. We went in search of Kimberly’s vanilla bean 🧁 cupcakes and they were all out! Not too. For some reason they had plenty of chocolate and red velvet. Please order the vanilla bean!2 months agoI gave this store a chance because it’s nearly house. The cut fruit bowls had hair in them, berries are molding, everything always looks old and damaged. The bakery items all are fresh…from the freezer! I’m not sure any of it is fresh. All the cookies and cupcakes and breads were frozen solid. Miserable workers.3 months agoThe customer service lady named Kris had a horrible attitude towards me. I asked her about Apple Pay using my phone and she looked at me like I was an alien. She took forever with the people in-front of me, she was nice to them but as soon as she saw me she went total jerk.3 weeks agoThis used to be my second home. No longer go there. Prices have skyrocketed, lucky to have one live checkout, almost impossible to find help, produce and meats are horrible. I can go on and on.

Came here a few times during the week of August 7th and had a very pleasant experience during those visits. Great selection of food, snacks, alcoholic beverages as well as other products you would find in most grocery stores. Everything was very nice, clean and organized Would definitely come back here again in the future.
Kroger has a Dog Bakery!!! They picked up a local family owned Dog bakery that makes some of the best, healthiest treats ever. Been getting for my dog for years and THANK GOD they’re in Kroger now, they even put names on birthday cakes on the spot, and they assort cupcakes for you if you know your dog can’t have a certain something. No other grocery store chain has a dedicated full service bakery for man’s best friend. If anything, they deserve a better spot in the store!! PLEASE Kroger don’t ever get rid of these guys! And Kudos to the GENIUSES that got them in!
Kroger never disappoints me. I can fill my prescription, and buy beautiful fresh flowers at reasonable prices. This Kroger normally always has what I am looking for and prices are in line with area grocery stores. I buy on Fridays when I get 4 times the rewards then other days for gas rewards. Employees are helpful and customer service is very kind if you need anything from them. Highly recommend this store!

Nice clean and orderly.
Been waiting in line here for 40 minutes. Still waiting in line. Considering walking out. Cart full of stuff. And a bunch of employees looking at the long line and doing nothing. Only one employee is actually on check out. The self check out here is much smaller than Walmart so you can’t actually efficiently check out a lot of stuff by yourself. I’m just gonna start going to Walmart. They need to either fix their self checkout isles, or Kroger can legitimately hire more people to be cashiers. This is not worth my time.
