This Kroger always disappoints. Anytime I try to give them a chance they ruin my experience every time. My husband picked up stuff for dinner tonight and grabbed expired bob evens farm-fresh goodness side dishes along with some old expired marinated chicken… someone isn’t keeping up with the expired items because this is not the first encounter. I’ve bought cheese cubes for my cheese board (which aren’t cheap) and they were slimy, moldy, and expired as well!
Amazing branch and very good variety of products comparing with south Krogers .. elegant team working there and many shops inside as well .. wonder different plants for sale as well .. recommended to visit ????
Came here for a couple of things on weekday evening, because it seemed to be a nearby and convenient option. I get my items and head to the check out lanes. All empty, lights off and no employees at the registers. I look over and see they are only letting customers use self check out lanes. But I stay where I’m at waiting patiently. Kroger is a big company part of a larger corporate tree of grocery stores. They can pay people a living wage to work there. An employee tells me only the self check out lanes are available. I say “alright, why? That’s weird.” She said nothing to my question. I never use self check out lanes. So I returned my couple of items to where I got them and I left without purchase. Do better Kroger. Let your customers have options other than self check out. Hire people, Pay people a dignified wage. Kroger lost my business forever. Long live the HEB!
Morning store manager should treat their employees better, especially the hard working ones. But the ones at the front of the registers who talk and milk the clock don’t get berated. She’s a terrible manager, I walked out first time meeting her and quit my merchandiser job. You are not the boss of the merchandisers, and I am not going to bow down to someone who’s not my boss. Went back to delivering and getting paid $100 to deliver 2 orders at 22 years old. I won’t ever listen to some old hag who works at Krogers and tries to run me over. I only took the job for insurance and consistent hours. I never meant such an incompetent store manager before. The other stores I merchandise for having nice and helpful managers who are constantly walking the stores to help their employees, not drag the hard working ones. Like 376 in Spring have great managers. The assistant store manager here in the evenings in nice though but that opening store manager should just quit since she’s incompetent at her job and clearly doesn’t know how to value employees who actually work rather than the ones who sit and milk the clock at the front and in the break rooms
Terrible! They close at 11pm but close all the registers at 8pm. We had a large basket full of groceries we were forced to check out ourselves. I asked the manager if she could open a check out lane and she simply looks and says no.. WTH. I’m supposed to do all this while tending to my baby? Meanwhile they close all the doors except the one that goes directly down the aisle where self checkout is! The lines get longer and still no open lanes then you want it to be so congested through all of this?!? Ridiculous!! Management sucks and not helpful at all!! Never returning here.. not that this matters it’s not like anyone’s going to change around here.. terrible experience!!!!
