  2. Brian showed up at the time expected. I received a phone call 10 minutes before informing me that my technician was on his way. Brian was professional. Listened to problems, diagnosed the problem, and let me know what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. There were no hidden fees. It didn’t take that long for him to fix my leaky shower. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again for my plumbing, etc. needs.

  3. A little over priced, and the workers did not clean up the messes they made. My tenants were forced to clean up after them after they left. That is my biggest frustration. However, the work was outstanding and the reps really took their time to work with us for the best solution.

  4. I was happy that the plumbing technicians were available on the same day as my call. They came and found the leak, and it wasn’t easy. The technicians were very professional and they explained each step they were going to take to repair the pipe leak. Once the repair was complete the technicians finished the job with some very neat patchwork and they even cleaned up behind themselves. The management team was very responsive and they even came out to answer a few questions I had. They also resolved all issues we may have had, in a timely manner. My family and I are extremely pleased and I am glad that I chose Mr. Rooter.

You have warranty after the completion of their work. They have a great notification system letting you know that the Tech is on his way as well as receiving an email. Mr. Rooter is a great company.

    I had the worst experience a homeowner wants to have, my main backing up into my tub, gross! I asked some Friends for a referral and they referred me to Prodigy Plumbing. From the very beginning of calling in my problem they were courteous and helpful. I couldn’t get an appointment until the next day, but when the technician Manny came out he went straight to work. He was kind and explained everything that he was going to do. He took his time to explain the pricing and all the work that was going to take place. As it turns out, my issue was much bigger than I anticipated, so Manny called to have my main jetted. Here comes in Jerry, the senior technician. He was extremely informative and explained step by step what was happening and what to expect. I was also able to witness him mentoring and teaching his crew. The outcome was not what I would have wanted (but who really wants to have to replace pipes) but I know that it will be done in a professional manner by experts. Jerry went over pricing with me in detail and explained all my options. I asked lots of questions and he was patient and answered every single one, honestly more than once. All in all what a great group of guys, very knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend Prodigy Plumbing time and time again. A+ in my book!

    Our plumber was Manny and he was fantastic. He showed up much earlier than we expected, he was professional and thoughtful the entire time he was here. Plumbing always makes us a little nervous but he made the whole experience very easy. I also really liked that there was no up sale of services, they were very clear about pricing and Manny was not only fast and efficient he was tidy! We were expecting a big mess from previous experiences, but Manny was great. He explained everything really well and was genuinely fantastic. We are going to call them again soon for more work, and they will now be our go to plumbers.

    The staff at Prodigy Plumbing and Heating are so awesome. I am an out of state property manager for a home in Long Beach, CA. It is not easy obtaining service since I am out of state. After contacting, Prodigy went to the house and provided me with a detailed report of what needed to be done, cost and estimated completion. Following my review of the information they provided me, I flew to Southern California and showed up at Prodigy office. Though it was late and they were nearly ready to close, the staff took their time and spent well over an hour with me going over each step. We have two phases and as they are both massive, we have broken up the work. Phase 1. Has been completed. They did a phenomenal job and kept in constant communication with me. When we are ready for Phase 2., we expect to contract with Prodigy to complete Phase 2. As a side note: my sister was so impressed with them and their work that she then hired them for some massive upgrades at her own home. That work has also been completed and she too is very pleased with outcome.

    Prodigy is clearly a well run company with very friendly staff. Phil, Alberto, Andres and others were great and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them assuming cost isn’t your highest priority. While I felt the services were on the expensive side, they worked with me on a discount since I had several items to address. I also experienced a small issue with the installation and Phil ensured someone was there to fix it within a couple of hours.

    Prodigy Plumbing is an excellent company based on customer service, response time, workmanship, and professionalism. The technician, Alexis, that came out to our house was incredibly helpful and kind. If the rest of the team at Prodigy is as good as Alexis, I would certainly think they’re the best around. Alexis helped us with a clog in our plumbing system that was leading to multiple fixtures backing up into one of the bath tubs. He also fixed a small leak beneath one of the sinks for us while he was here. Thanks to Prodigy for the help and a special thanks to Alexis!

    Highly recommend! I was nervous about finding a good plumber. First thing, Saturday bad toilet problems – bad smell, when pulled toilet off, the toilet bolt where the flange secures was disintegrated, completely. A new flange would not be able to secure to anything. There was nothing securing important parts to the toilet. When searching for plumber first thing I noticed about this company on Yelp; 1) Emergency Services 2) Military owned and discounts to military available. 3) The years of experience. The plumber, Frank, showed up within the time frame they said they would. They were dressed in protective Covid19 gear. He informed us that he has 10 yrs experience. After he looked at the problem, he explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He answered all my questions in detail, calm and educated me on the situation. They did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They sprayed disinfectant spray in the areas they worked, the entry way. door knobs and gate as they left. I didn’t have to exchange payment directly with them. Payment done online, nice!! Great job Frank (guys)! I will certainly recommend you and thank you for saving us! Before and after pictures below.
