  1. I choose IRA Hansen and Sons Plumbing because of their reviews online. I am glad I did, Greg Baustian was very good and very pleasant to work with. I needed my ice maker hooked up. He explained what he needed to do, left to get parts needed and came back. Took him about 20 minutes and he was done. My icemaker is working perfectly and I am very appreciative of his service. Definitely will use IRA Hansen and Sons going forward with plumbing needs.

  2. Started a remodel project in our bathroom and found some corroded pipes. Called Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing on a Sunday and a nice lady answered the phone and they were able to schedule a tech to come out the next day! Our tech, Greg Baustian, showed up on time, was very friendly and honest about what needed to be replaced. I then asked if he could not only fix the pipes but install our new shower and tub and he said no problem. The price was very fair and Greg did an excellent job and completed the work in an timely manner. I will definitely be calling them again and asking for Greg on our master bathroom project.

  3. The service tech, Chaz made the whole experience simple and enjoyable. He came in with a great attitude, looked over my issues, explained what needed to be done and then proceeded to complete the project in a timely manner. It was so nice to deal with a person in the service industry that actually gave us “good” service. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues due to the quality of their employee and the work that he performed.

  4. Needed to get a water heater replaced and was unimpressed with the plumbing chain I was using. Called up Ira Hansen because they were local and had good reviews. Tyler got here the next day and assessed the situation. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining things and got my problem fixed the next working day. Quick and efficient, great job!

  5. I was very impressed by our serviceman Myers! He arrived earlier than expected and then gave me a good assessment of our issues as well as possible solutions. I was very pleased with Myers attention to detail in replacing 2 toilets for us. He was also really great with our new puppy, and it made all the difference to me that he was so friendly with our family. I will definitely use Ira Hansen Plumbing again!

    I have been very impressed with the quality of the work done by Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Terry was wonderful. He took care of my heating unit. He was efficient, friendly and took care of everything. I also got a hot water heater through them and was impressed with Daniel who installed the unit and Nate who checked everything out later. I am only going to use them for my plumbing, heating and cooling needs in the future.

    Excellent customer service when scheduling the appointment. Anthony was polite, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Plumbing prices can always have some sticker shock, but he explained the cost breakdown and I felt confident I was getting quality service for a fair price. I will absolutely be using them again!

    Anthony (Technician) was very professional, friendly, and went above and beyond with fixing my kitchen faucet. He even helped me with selecting a new faucet. Would highly recommend. 5 stars! Thank you! A little pricey but worth it for Anthony’s great customer service.

    The person who answered the phone was courteous and explained everything in a professional manner including the pricing. She sent a technician the same day and Daniel was also very courteous and professional plus being on time and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate and options to consider to fix the problem. He was thorough and took time to make sure he answered all my questions. I was very impressed with the service I received and highly recommend Daniel and this company.

    Terry and Hugo came to my house today to do maintenance on my heating unit. I can not give them a higher rating. They were both professional, kind and friendly.     This was exceptional service by Roxy. She is so professional and friendly. We had purchased a new toilet. When she opened the new box, the seat was missing. As she started to examine the toilet she noticed it had a hairline crack. We returned the toilet, and she came the next day to install the new one.     Savage and Son is THE BEST in town. We have used them numerous times in the past. We had a stoppage on, of course, a Friday morning. Kathleen was so kind and helpful and put us on the wait list but said she couldn’t promise anything. Not 2 hours later Robert and Joey arrived. They fixed the problem right away. They were thorough, kind and professional. SAVAGE AND SON ALWAYS takes superior care of us and we are SO GRATEFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    I got a call from my wife that our water heater was leaking water. I ran home and it was almost poring out. I called Savage and Son. They informed me that they were booked up. Most companies would have ended the call then. Instead they walked me through shutting off the part that was leaking. Then they said I could call Saturday morning for an emergency call. Then they said they would try to see if someone got freed up. Having stopped the leak I headed by to work. By the time I got to work they found someone and then within an hour everything was fixed, tested and cleaned up. The 2 techs were great, polite and explained everything that they were doing. Super experience. I highly recommend them

    Could not recommend Savage & Son more!!! I had an AMAZING experience working with them. They were on time, polite, and communicative. The tech they sent out, Keith, was friendly, listened to what I was saying, and fixed the issue quickly! The only plumbers I ever want to use again!

    WOW. All I have to say is WOW. The faucet handle for our tub in our master bath took a nose dive. It was a long time coming but when it broke, water just kept coming out. We had to turn off the water to the house so our tub wouldn’t overflow. My husband called a few places and we got various answers on costs and on overall repairs upwards of $3K – but Chris came by after I explained and sent picks to Josh and WOW. Done in about 1.5 hours and only a few hundred dollars for the fix. We highly recommend them and plan to hire them this summer for another fix they recommended.
