  2. After leaving a message with the answering service, Larry, the technician returned my call. Within minutes. He explained the weekend fee and said he could be over in 30 minutes. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. He was prepared for the job and left the area very neat and clean. We have used D & D for 13 years for AC/Heat and plumbing. We’ve always been satisfied customers.

  5. We had a gas leak, and D&D put in a new gas line from the house to the gas meter. And made sure we didnt have to wait another weekend to have the gas turned on. It was $1500 less than what another company was going to charge! I was impressed to see that they send a text to show who is coming to the house, after the initial call, and a number to reach with any questions! We live in Odessa, west side. 04/08/23

    I had a gas leak, I didn’t have a clue where on the property it was. Tony and Antonio came out from Bosworth in Midland, they were very thorough and detailed. They found the leak underground in the T. They communicated with me every step of the way from start to finish!! They provided outstanding customer service and they cleaned up and put the dirt back!! Outstanding!! My daughter and I are safe once again! Thank you gentlemen.

    We called this company after reviewing their website and reviews we were excited to work with them… When I initially called I was told I needed to first set up and account with them. They wanted the company name, address, phone number, and my credit card number. I was hesitant about giving them my card number because they would not give me any pricing at all… I was informed a manager would call me later in the afternoon or first thing the next morning. I have called a couple of times as we are needing services urgently and was told I would be contacted very quickly which still hasn’t happened. I understand people are short handed and busy, but please be honest with me on a timeline. If you have no idea when you will be able to call say that then I won’t be counting on a certain company. Also, I think them requesting my card information is a little extreme when I can’t even get a quote or timeframe when a technician will be able to get to us.. The receptionist was nice.

    Had a bosworth truck almost rear end and sideswipe my truck which had my kids in it. He was literally trying to squeeze his way through a turning lane which just so happen to be a single lane. He was driving so fast he literally inches away from rear ending me.

    Rafael was incredibly professional and timely. He helped me to install 2 HDMI plugs in the walls and a new power outlet to hide wires for TV mounting. He also hung the chandelier in my new house. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!! I will definitely use Bosworth again for any future projects!

    They called me several times, to meet us to look at a/c. We were not avail, but they called til we could meet. Very nice to accommodate us. They were polite and professional. And took care of the situation at hand. We will use Bosworth again.

    I had tried to get Roto-Rooter out to fix a problem that had started around 9:00 PM last night. After not hearing back from Roto-Rooter all night, I tried calling them at least 6 times this morning, to follow-up to see when they would be out to make the repair. None of my calls were ever answered by Roto-Rooter. Annoyed, I searched for other plumbers in the area. It was an easy choice to call Hall’s, once I saw they have a perfect rating! I do not regret calling. My call was answered promptly, and they communicated with me through the whole process. It only took about 1.5 hours for a plumber, Jake, to make it to me, and he got my problem fixed very quickly. Not only that, he explained to me what the issue was, and provided guidance on what we could do to solve and prevent the issue, rather than just fixing it. I am very happy that I was led to Hall’s by Roto-Rooters poor customer service, and I look forward to using them in the future!

    We had a slab leak in December 2022 and had Halls locate the leak and repair it. Then we got another slab leak in another place and we had Halls come and repipe the whole house with PEX pipe. They did an excellent job and we’re always courteous and professional. Ray was very good with explaining everything and answering any questions we had. He cared about doing a quality job and it shows in their workmanship. We brainstormed together the options we had for locations of the hot water manifold since it would be too long of a run from the hot water heater heater to a manifold in the garage and back to our master bathroom. So we located the hot water manifold in the top of the hall closet near the hot water heater so we had similar lengths of pipe runs as the original piping insuring it didn’t take too long to get hot water to any bathroom. It was clear that their top priority was making sure we were happy with the finished product. We hope we never have plumbing issues again, but if we do we’ll definitely use Halls again. Whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done. Thank you Ray and Matt! And thank you Halls!
