They are the plumbers who did my New house and also respond to warranty calls . We first had leak in a faucet , it was replaced but the handles were not installed , i could not do it myself since it uses a special screw . I have had to deal with them on another occasion , this time it was not their fault ,the tech they sent was good . The other issue i had with them is my water meter box is not installed correctly . it does not sit flush in the grooves of the pipe like it needs to . I am unable to install my smart meter correctly and it also floods the box with water from irrigation . Update 1. Dennis Rawlins a support manager reached out to me and apologized and promised to correct the issue . He sent a very friendly tech Brandon who fixed my issues . It was 15 minutes of worth of work and we both are happy . I would not hold one experience against them . so updating my review . That does not seem like a good business plan in the long run to me however maybe they were just had too much business. Stacy (3 months ago)For reference-this company did the plumbing in my brand new home while it was being built this year. I’ve been in the house for about 3 months. This past Saturday I was working in my office when I noticed that my carpet was saturated and when I started moving things to see where the water was coming from I realized it was starting to grow mold. I put in my work order with my builder and when I didn’t get a response right away (they don’t work weekends) I called cathedral on Sunday to see if I could get them to send someone out because they are the company that does the warranty work on my home when I have plumbing issues. With an active leak, I needed them there that day but I was told by the person running their on call (Hannah) that it was a freeze break (because I stated the outside hose bib was just on the other side of the wall where the leak was) and they would call me Monday to schedule. Mind you, this girl is not a plumber nor could she see what was going on behind my wall. So their plumber came and fixed the issue, did a fantastic job (it was NOT the hose bib, one of the connections wasn’t put on properly and it had probably been leaking since I moved in). I called to speak with Luis about the issue with them refusing to send someone out on a Sunday for an active leak and I was told they couldn’t transfer me or give me any kind of contact info for him and they would let him know I called if he came by. I’m not happy with their office’s customer service and people who don’t know what they’re talking about trying to diagnose a problem over the phone and then refusing service for an obviously active leak that was coming to the inside of my home. Kevin kite did a great job when he came out. He was very friendly and helpful. He was able to explain the issue I was having with my water heater and even informed me that it was from 2004.
He was able to get it replaced and it was with a heater made in the USA which I really like. I will definitely be using mr rooter again. Thank you guys
Long review, but explains my reasons. First I have to say that Kevin is by far one of the most professional plumbers I’ve met in my life. He went far above and beyond what anyone could hope for. We started with what we thought was a clog that turned into a pretty extensive repair. To boot my daughters sweet 16 party was the following Saturday, and the Thanksgiving holiday mixed in. He was able to get the large repair done in time- the dig crews left the yard better than they found it, and my daughters party was not affected in any way. I’m grateful for the amazing service and will call them anytime I need anything plumbing related. I highly recommend.
Did a phenomenal job and efficient and had a wonderful personality. Very fast and reasonable pricing. No one was available to help us, but he was. Definitely requesting Mr. Matthew next time.
I used Mr Rooter because I had a great experience using them in the past. Sinatra Allen quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me an estimate. Fortunately, there was no change to the estimate once he was able to get access underneath my home. Sinatra took the time to answer ‘all’ of our questions and explain everything. He gave me peace of mind. As I had experienced before, I felt very safe having Sinatra in my home; he is personable, professional, trustworthy, so friendly, pleasant, happy, and everything you would want from a plumber/repairman in your home. I am very impressed with Mr Rooter’s hiring practice so far, with my experiences. Great work Sinatra!!!
