  1. The installation team showed up right on time and put me at ease with their professional and positive attitude. The installation team Martin, Alfredo, and Damian took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand what they were doing and why. The electrical team showed up, Freddy and his apprentice were efficient and hard working, let me know about a possible issue, and followed through to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue later. Jose thoroughly explained the thermostat and other controls so I could easily run the system. All teams double checked that everything was cleaned up and to my satisfaction before leaving for the day. I would and do highly recommend Campbell and Company to my friends, family, and anyone in need of these services.

  2. Their team consisted of 6 very knowledgeable people. From the project manager, to the installers, to the electricians… they all gave very detailed descriptions and asked if I had any questions throughout the entire process… and that was from, out with the old and in with the new… staring at 8:00am and completion of 4:30 pm… call this company… well worth it…

  3. We are pleased with the work completed, Juan is very professional and polite. I very mush appreciated the timely response. It’s the cost that is hard to understand, the huge mark up on parts, extreme travel charge, the constant reminder that our system is old and we should be thinking of replacing our system. Makes me think you charge so much to repair our system to convince us to replace our system up to 15,000.00 $.

  4. John & Cameron? did a great job. They were punctual, quick, and efficient. Took away our old toilets in a very safe and clean manner. Installed the two toilets and took the time to make sure we understood how they function since they are different than our previous ones. John was so polite and kind. They both did an excellent job. We are a week since installation and everything works great. I highly recommend Campbell & Co.

    We were referred to Doug’s by our neighbor so we gave them a call. We got a time frame of 1-5 and from past experience with other services I expected them to show up after 5. Ryan showed up within an hour of the call! He was pleasant and professional. He explained what he was doing, how and why. Nobody ever wants to call a plumber but thank god we called Dougs. Extremely reasonable price and we couldn’t be more pleased with their business. I will only be calling these guys from now on. A good and honest company.

    Doug’s service is awesome. I called with a non-emergent, non-working toilet. Jace was upfront in explaining the reasonable estimate for service. Ryan was at my home in less than 2 hours. He went right to work, running several tests and ensuring everything was working properly before he left. Most of all, everyone made me feel like a valued customer. If I ever have a need, I’ll call Doug’s again, as well as recommend to my friends and neighbors.

    I highly recommend Doug’s rooter… we had Major plumbing problems..all our drains were backing up sewage water.. it smelled terrible.. they came the same day.. it was terrible weather…they saved the day! The price was so reasonable.. I was extremely happy with Doug’s rooters service. I will be a customer for life.

    We have had Doug’s Rooter to our home 2 times .1 time for roots in septic lines.This time it was clogged drains.Both times they were prompt, courteous, friendly, and did an amazing job.We highly recommend them.Wonderful people,great service.They came highly recommended by 1st Choice Plumbing & Repair.     I have 3 bathrooms and none of my toilets were working and they came out within 30 mins of my call and cleaned the pipes and got all the toilets working less than an hour. He was very professional and got the job done. I am a single mom of 5 kids so it was imperative to have them fixed. And the price was amazing. Very pleased with my experience. Thanks again guys!

    Called Sheppards plumbing to come hook up water lines from my newly relocated water meters to our houses. They came and saw what needed to be done and agreed to do the job. Once I was able to get a scheduled date that they could do the work they came out on time and started in on what needed to be done. Both plumbers were really nice and informative and patient at explaining things to me and allowed me to watch them work. They hooked up both our houses with Pex line and made sure everything worked flawlessly with no leaks or hiccups. They installed a pressure regulator on one of the houses since the Nob Hill water comes out at around 130 PSI. This will help with putting stress on all of our indoor plumbing and water heater etc. Then they adjusted the previously installed pressure regulator on the other house for me as well. Everything worked perfect when they left and Ever and Efran were GREAT to deal with and made the job look easy. I will use Sheppards plumbing again in the future if I need any repairs and I will ask for Efran and his brother Ever by name for sure . Great job guys! Thank you very much! RLJ

    The team at Shephard Plumbing were great to work with! They showed up when they said that they would and all of them were very polite! They fixed our plumbing problem using a trenchless process and the area/hole that they were working out of was all filled in as it was before. We would recommend them for your plumbing needs in The Upper Kittitas County (Cle Elum/Roslyn) area!

    Shepard Plumbing was excellent to deal with. We needed a gas water heater replaced on a very short timeline and they made it happen. The price was competitive and they were on time. The installer (Tyler) called ahead to get details and make sure everything was ready to go. The installation work was clean, no drips of pipe cement or leftover garbarge for example. As an added bonus additional in line shutoffs were installed to the tank. This isn’t required as far as I know but points to a very thougtful install if any future work is needed. The transaction start to finish was very smooth. This was a great overall experience.

    I needed to replace my leaky water heater. Chloe answered all my questions over the phone very satisfactorily and scheduled a technician to come out asap. Tyler did a very wonderful job installing the new water heater. It was beyond what I expected. The total cost was very reasonable compared to other highly advertised companies nearby. This is my new go-to company for all of my future plumbing repairs.
