  2. Over the last 3 years I have used Peaden for large home repairs. New heater installation, new power pole installation and complete rewiring of all incoming power equipment. Everybody that has been to my home has been extremely professional and the work was done in a timely manner. I will never hesitate to have them back. They honor their work. The warranty on one repair had expired when I discovered an issue. They came right out fixed the issue and at their expense brought in other professionals. Top of the line company with amazing employees all the way from the customer service phone operator to management! Highly recommend!

  3. Very expensive!!!! Replaced flex piping only underneath two vanity sinks and fixed 2 leaking shower faucets for $1239.00. Technician had to go get parts twice because he didn’t get everything he needed the first time. He was here from 10am until 330pm. Left rugs bunched up, wash cloth on the floor and vanity doors open. He kind of cleaned up from working on the shower faucets. I didn’t expect perfection but minimal effort was taken. Technician okay, seemed uncomfortable when interacting with him.

    Will not be a returning customer due to #1 the price. #2 Experience (see above).

He provided many repair options for me to consider according to my budget. I would recommend. Their service is in high demand so there may be a delay with scheduling, but they called me throughout the day to keep me updated on his arrival.

    I contacted Lee Heating and Cooling for an estimate and they gave me a $666 dollar quote for a blower motor replacement, made up of $358 in labor and $358 for a warranty processing fee (less a removed $50 diagnostic fee if I approved the estimate). I have a Carrier unit and the motor was under warranty. The fee was extraordinarily steep considering the part is less than $150. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful, but the quote was unreasonable for the work. I called the front desk for an explanation on the WP fee and she directed me to the manager, who insisted it was all to cover the cost and hassle for the warranty processing. I tried to ask if he considered just quoting a $120-150 replacement part if the warranty processing was truly that much more costly than the part (it is not), and he said no, he would not do that. I will leave it up to you, the reader, to decide if this seems like a reasonable charge for 45 minutes of labor and a warrantied part that was significantly cheaper than the “warranty processing fee.” … they also charged me a $50 diagnostic fee despite me telling them what the issue was before a tech ever came out. I reached out for a second quote after this quote was received. I was given a very reasonable quote by Bluewater Heating and Air to replace the blower motor. Bluewater charged $25 to process the warranty, which is what Carrier charges them, so I paid for labor only after covering their warranty cost, the total charge was $275. I would recommend Bluewater highly for any repairs needed.

    Don’t use. You will be scammed. My hot water heater wasn’t working. The guy came out and said it was done and installed wrong. This was the same company that installed it in 2018. The tech said it shouldn’t even be working because it was missing parts and was a hazard. The tech said a new 50 gallon heater will be 3800$ that’s with a military discount. He said I could do a loan, I told him I would just pay it, suddenly he “checked his phone” and the price went up. He then said the gas valve was broke and it was cheaper to replace the whole unit. He refused to tell me the price of a replacing the valve. The gas valve cost $125 by the way. I was charged for a diagnostic for saying the gas valve was broke. I had someone else come out and say it was just dirty and it wasn’t broke at all. Nothing was wrong and it works prefect now. Only needed a cleaning. I called about the false diagnostic and Steve the manager could only say sorry for getting the diagnosis wrong. What if I went with it and for no reason bought a 4x overcharged water heater. They are scam artists. They even tried denying putting in the water heater after saying it was done wrong. I wonder how many people they scammed.

    First, the service technician was clean, friendly, on time, and gave a knowledgeable impression of the industry. However, if this company tries to sell you a UV System, I recommend saying “No” and letting them walk out. Otherwise, you fall into the same trap I did with paying $1600 – $2000 for a single component that can be purchased online for anywhere between $170 to $450, depending on quality and feature. A system has multiple members that work together. The technician only installed one part, which was the lower magnetically mounted UV light sitting right next to the intake of the unit’s blower. The Light took less than 15 minutes to install because it is a magnet mount inside the HVAC unit. The power cable is tied right into the system’s internal power. Going with the higher end of the price, I paid $450 for a part and $1150 for 15 minutes of labor. I paid separate costs for a visit to the house and a different repair, so the price I am describing is purely for the UV Light system’s single component. I called and disputed the cost with General Manager. He informed me that the price I paid was correct for them to be a profitable business sending licensed technicians to do the job. I paid the company because I had agreed to the service. And, bad on me for not getting them to fully clarify all parts and labor before agreeing. However, please avoid making the same mistake I did and save yourself $1600 by avoiding this business’ offering of UV Light Systems.

    I have been using the services of Lee Heating and Cooling since moving to this residence. Every technician has been very nice, professional, and personable, and this visit was no different. Mr. Chad Brown was terrific, he did the preventative maintenance for my A/C and Heating unit both indoor and outside, and made sure everything is clean and functioning correctly. And with Lee Heating and Cooling, I pay for their Cool Club membership, yearly, and they stay on top of contacting me when it’s time to do the preventative check up with no extra charge. With the experience I have had, I will be calling upon Lee Heating and Cooling for all my A/C and Heating services!

    I wish I could leave MORE than five stars. After the 2022 Christmas Eve freeze we had a pipe burst under our home and the holidays were looking pretty bleak. Garrett came out ahead of their projected schedule to scope things out, give us a very reasonable up front quote, and took care of everything same day. What we thought was one leak was multiple leaks and he didn’t bat an eye. This is my go-to plumbing service from here on.

    The plumber stated he usually does commercial jobs but because they were busy they sent him. He didn’t have required tools to complete job so we waited hours for correct tool to arrive. Then plumber got the broken piece off and had to go pick up parts to repair. Plumber left with the knob still loose. I tried calling him no answer. I then called the office and they said they would have him call me back. He calls back and states the screw was stripped, and that’s why it’s loose (why wouldn’t that of been replaced as well). He said he would come back the next day to repair and never showed up. I will never use this company again as the plumber and office associate seemed lost on the whole process. Stay away….. Far away from this company……. 443 dollars to change out a shower faucet…….. Straight trash…..
