Scheduling was easy and the lady I spoke with was very nice. My service guy, Brian, came out the very next day and immediately showed me what the issue was. I ended up needing a new water heater and he took care of everything for me. I had a new water heater and hot water within a few hours. Brian was awesome! He kept me informed letting me know what he was doing every step of the way and was very helpful, efficient, professional and courteous. I’m extremely happy with the service I received here and will be referring them to friends and family. Jean from Preferred Services was great; she managed to get a technician right away. I received a text message and an email with a photo of the tech that was arriving which was helpful. Miguel showed up wearing a mask (much appreciated during this time). Not only was he very thorough with his work but he was also detailed in letting us know the process. We had a slab leak, Miguel did an amazing job when drilling and removing tiles.
